From 2017 to 2021, the central and local governments in China established 9 green finance reform and innovation pilot zones in 6 provinces to explore the pillars of China’s green finance system. Although these zones and related policies have been proven advantageous for innovative manufacturing enterprises and environmental quality, the impact on commercial banks, pivotal players in China’s green finance landscape, has been understudied. This paper employs the DEA-Malmquist and DID models to investigate the impact of pilot zones on the operational efficiency of commercial banks. The results indicate that the establishment of pilot zones significantly improves banks’ operational efficiency, and the mechanisms are reducing non-performing loan rates and increasing green credit balance. In addition, state-owned banks have benefited more. Further research shows that the improvement mainly comes from increased pure technical efficiency, due to better management practices and resource utilisation. Compared with the low efficiency of micro prudential supervision in preventing and controlling financial systemic risks and the weakness of a single monetary policy tool in controlling financial systemic risks, the current theorists agree that monetary policy and macro prudential supervision policies are effective in coordinating and resisting financial risks. The link with both macro prudential regulation and monetary policy, as well as how to collaborate and coordinate the two policies, are thus major issues that we must address. Based on this background, this paper systematically combs and analyzes the necessity of coordination between monetary policy and macro prudential policy and the practical experience of relevant research on coordination mode through theoretical research on macro prudential regulation and reference of relevant policies at home and abroad. This paper uses the literature research method and comparative analysis method to analyze the macro prudential policy and monetary policy in depth. The theoretical basis of macro prudential regulation and monetary policy is formed by classifying, summarizing and sorting out the relevant researches on macro prudential regulation and monetary policy made by scholars from various countries. The implementation of macro prudential policies in developed economies like the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as their monetary policy coordination models, are compared and introduced in this dissertation. It also examines the traits and practical application of macro prudential and monetary policy cooperation in various nations. This article takes the privatization and delisting of Sina Group as an example. It first describes the process of its privatization and delisting, and then analyzes the reasons for its choice of privatization and delisting from the aspects of undervaluation, enterprise costs, short-selling institutions and regulatory mechanisms. Cost and tax-saving effects, etc. are analyzed for its economic effect after delisting. The specific objectives were to: determine the relationship between organizational norms and employee commitment, examine the relationship between organizational vision and employee retention, investigate the relationship between organizational values and employee morale, assess how innovation moderate the influence of organizational culture and employee motivation. Survey research design was employed in the study. Primary data was collected through the use of structured questionnaire instrument. The study employed Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis to test the hypotheses formulated. Based on the analysis of the results, the major findings were summarized as follows: there was a significant relationship between organizational norms and employee work commitment, there was a significant relationship between organizational vision and employee retention, and there was a significant relationship between organizational values and employee morale. In line with the findings of this study, the study recommended thus; organizations should implement policies that will make employees conduct themselves in an organized way by conforming to regularities of perception and behavior. Organizational values are so important, ant it’s clear that organizational values must be closely linked to overall organizational success. The lessee is given the right to use the item for a certain period of time. Leasing is an important source of financing for economic units and is of certain importance as an alternative to financing assets through purchase or borrowing. In 2016, the International Accounting Standards Board announced that starting from 2019, the measurement of leases will be changed from International Accounting Standards (IAS 17) to International Financial Report Standard (IFRS 16), which will terminate the off-balance sheet financing of the lessee by recognizing all leases in the lessee’s budget. This paper analyzes the specific impact of IFRS 16 “leasing” in practice. The author summarizes the characteristics of IAS 17 and the problems existing in IAS 17. Following the application of the IFRS 16, subsequent measurement rule changes resulting from the change in the lease classification definition will result in significant changes in the company’s financial statements. By analyzing the data changes in specific cases and the impact on user behavior, this paper verifies the correctness of previous theoretical research and analysis, and tests whether the new criteria will change as expected in practical application. The author chooses Tesco, Britain’s largest retailer, as a sample company here to give a full picture of the problem. To accomplish this task, Descriptive design was adopted and data collection was through a questionnaire. The research targeted 806 staffs working in The University of Bamenda from the level of top management to security guards. A total of 260 respondents was sampled using stratified random sampling techniques. To determine the reliability of the actual data collected, pilot testing was carried out by the researcher in two State Universities that was not part of the research. The researcher made used of the Split-half technique base on Spearman Brown prophesy formula to determine the reliability coefficient. The result of the questionnaire was 0.78 of the correlation coefficients. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyzed quantitative data with the used of SPSS software version 23.0 and the summaries were presented and linear model fitted on the panel data.
