Arazi calismalari Yaz 2012, Sonbahar 2012 ve Ilkbahar 2013 mevsimlerinde gerceklestirilmistir. Baliklarin yakalanmasinda elektrosoker ile cesitli aglar kullanilmistir. Beslenmedeki ontogenetik degisimi belirlemek icin, baliklar catal boylarina gore dokuz gruba ayrilmistir. Baliklarin sindirim kanali icerikleri besin bulunma sikligi, sayisal bolluk ve hacimsel oran kullanilarak nisbi onem indeksi ile hesaplanmistir. C. gibelio bireylerinin mevsimlere gore bol olan boy gruplari sirasiyla Yaz 2012 (18-20 cm), Sonbahar 2012 (6-8 cm) ve Ilkbahar 2013 (27-29 cm) seklindedir. Beslenme siddeti Yaz 2012’de 15-17 cm, Sonbahar 2012’de 3-5 cm ve Ilkbahar 2013’de 24-26 cm boy gruplarinda en az oldugu belirlenmistir. C. gibelio bireylerinin ontogenetik beslenme aliskanliginda zamansal ve mekânsal olarak farkliliklar gozlenmistir. Buyuk bireyler yaz mevsiminde daha cok hayvansal besin ve sonbahar mevsiminde alglerle beslendigi ve kucuk bireylerle buyuk bireylerin besinleri arasinda yaz mevsimi haricinde onemli bir cakisma olmadigi belirlendi. CTMin ve CTMax degerleri sirasiyla 1,3, 1,1 ve 2,0 ile 37,4, 37,5 ve 38,7 °C’dir. Sicaklik tolerans testleri alistirma sicakliklarinin (15, 20 ve 25 °C) A. leptodactylus CTMin degerlerine onemli etkilerde bulunduklarini gostermistir (P≤0,05). Sicaklik tolerans alani CTMin ve CTMax sinirlari ile degerlendirilerek 364°C 2 olarak hesaplanmistir. Genel olarak 15 ile 25 ° C arasi alistirma sicakliklarinda, alistirma tepki orani ( ARR ) 0,07 ile 0,13 olarak hesaplananmistir. Kerevitlerin tamami 0,5 °C’de kivrilma ve geneli 32,0- 33,0°C’de kasilma gostermistir. A cross-sectional research design was used in the study in which fish quantities, species, processing methods, gender of fish exporters and export destinations were analysed. Non-probability data collection methods were used on the secondary data that was collected from Blantyre District Fisheries Office. Findings indicate that a total of 9596 kg (9.6 metric tonnes) of fish was exported within a period of six months in the year 2013 comprising all species available in the local markets and those endemic in Malawi’s water bodies. Most fish were exported as sun-dried, para-boiled and smoked. Findings suggest that fish exports from Malawi are in their infancy, fluctuate, and are insignificant for making a positive and sustainable impact to the economy of the country. It is recommended that national and regional policies should be fully utilized to curb exports of fish in order to sustainably satisfy the local huge demand for fish. Zooplankton ornekleri, Abant Golu’nden 2015-2016 yillari arasinda mevsimsel olarak, farkli habitatlarda ki yedi istasyondan yatay ve dikey olarak alinmistir. Calismanin sonunda 33 tur ile Rotifera, 14 tur ile Cladocera ve 2 tur ile Copepoda grubuna ait toplam kirk dokuz zooplankton turu tespit edilmistir. Toplam 1786 D. stevensoni bireyi Turkiye’nin yedi cografi bolgesinin altisinda bulunan 14 ildeki sekiz farkli sucul habitattan rapor edildi. Ic Anadolu bolgesin de bol miktarda ornek olmasina ragmen, turun guncel formuna rastlanilmadi. Guncel formdan farkli olarak, turun fosil formu ile Guneydogu Anadolu disindaki tum cografi bolgelerde karsilasilmistir. Turkiye’deki en eski fosil kayit Miosen doneminden (yaklasik 23 milyon sene once) rapor edilmistir. Turkiye’deki tum mevsimlerde tur bulunmustur. D. stevensoni farkli ekolojik degiskenlere yuksek optimum ve tolerans seviyeleri gostermektedir. Tur pH ile pozitif (P<0,05) fakat yukseklik ile negatif (P<0,01) anlamli korelasyon gostermektedir. Gorulmektedir ki turun ekolojik tercihleri daha once bilinenden daha genistir. Izonitrojenik (% 49 protein) ve izolipidik (% 20 yag) olmak uzere bes deneysel yem formule edilmistir. Yemler, kademeli seviyelerde (% 20 ve % 40) soya unu ( SU ) ve keten tohumu kuspesi ( KU ) ilavesiyle SU 20, SU 40, KU 20, KU 40 ve bir de kontrol yemi ( SU ve KU ilavesi olmadan sadece balik unuyla ( BU )) olarak hazirlanmistir. Deneme baslangicinda, tank basina ortalama 50,00 ± 0,06 g agirliktaki 25 balik, 500 L’lik 15 adet kare tanka rastgele dagitilmistir. Baliklar iki haftada bir, 1 gun beslemeye ara vermek suretiyle toplu olarak tartilmistir. Baliklar 8 hafta boyunca 08:00, 12:00 ve 16:00 saatlerinde doyana kadar beslenmistir. KU 20 ve KU 40 ile beslenen mersin baliklari BU ve SU 40 ile beslenenlere gore daha yuksek spesifik buyume orani ( SBO ) ve daha dusuk yem donusum orani ( YDO ) gostermistir (P<0,05). Baliklarin kan hucrelerinden lenfosit, monosit ve granulositler gruplar arasinda bir farklilik yoktur. Calismada ticari avcilar tarafindan kullanilmakta olan farkli teknik ozellikte 17 uzatma agi, 6 pinter takimi ve 2 paragat takiminin teknik planlari FAO standartlarina gore tanimlanmistir. Goldeki av miktarlarindaki degisimlerin degerlendirilmesi icin 2008 - 2016 yillari arasindaki resmi uretim rakamlari incelenmistir. Yillik ortalamada en cok avlanan tur gumusi havuz baligidir ve onu sirasiyla sazan, sudak ve yayin baligi izlemektedir. 2008 yilinda av kompozisyonu icerisinde baskin olan sudak turunun son iki yilda av vermedigi belirlenmistir. Calismada agirliklari 46,8-49,2 g araligindaki toplam 900 adet disi gokkusagi alabaligi ( Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792), 8,0x2,0x0,8 m ebatlarinda ve calisma boyunca icerisinde 8000 litre su bulunan 9 adet beton havuza aktarilmistir. Arastirma her havuzda 100 balik olacak sekilde, 3 tekrarli olarak 70 gun sureyle yurutulmustur. Baslangicta ve 14'er gun arayla yapilan tartimlar sonucunda alabaliklara vucut agirliklarinin %2 (I. grup), %2,5 (II. grup) ve %3 (III. grup) oranlarinda yemleme yapilmistir. Baliklarin deneme sonu ortalama canli agirlik degerleri sirasiyla 201,81±1,36, 252,02±2,35 ve 291,18±3,15 g olarak (P 0,05) olarak belirlenmistir. Yapilan ekonomik analizde, balik basina elde edilen kar miktarlari sirasiyla 0,42, 0,62 ve 0,66 TL; fayda/maliyet oranlari 1,32, 1,38 ve 1,34 olarak hesaplanmistir.
