The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of micro-loans to the increase in household income per capita in Indonesia and to determine the impact of micro-loans that actually result in an increase in household income per capita in Indonesia. The method used is Double Difference (DD) Fixed Effects with data from the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) in 2000 and 2007. The estimation results show that it is proven that the impact of micro loans on income changes is not visible and even looks negative 0.446. There was an increase in total income in 2007 compared to 2000 with a coefficient value of 0.279 using the nominal value. However, in real terms, the coefficient value is not significant, namely negative 0.063.","PeriodicalId":31003,"journal":{"name":"Media Trend","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42509215","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Month 1 of 2015 to month 1 of 2020. Test results are measured on a Likert scale. They are aggregated and compared with hotel performance collected from more than 150 annual reports from all sharia hotels in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, magazines, scientific articles, and books for 2015 to 2020. Use content analysis using the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) method. Providing insights about ESP aims to improve hotel employees' performance to facilitate communication in serving foreign guests. In researching this data, we triangulated the results of the analysis content carried out. We used the quantitative method Vector Error Correction Model to triangulate the qualitative conclusions that we used by analyzing the estimated results of employee responses in communication skills and effective survival in generating profits in the sharia hotel business listed in Indonesia stock exchange with a note that it can improve the financial performance of Islamic hotels from 2015 to 2019. We found that Islamic hotel employees' English language skills can boost the financial performance of business organizations in the Islamic hotel industry in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":31003,"journal":{"name":"Media Trend","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46538476","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Quantitative research method using a survey approach. The analysis technique used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of readiness to fulfill navigational equipment on motor sailing vessels affecting shipping safety on Indonesian-flagged ships (p value 0.000 0.05) and 53.2% of the effect, while 46.8 % was determined by other variables outside of this study. This vast sea should be able to produce salt abundantly. This natural resource has not been processed optimally so that until now salt has become an imported commodity. This problem has not been able to find the right solution so that Indonesia does not need to import salt. Man's role is a very decisive thing in every production activity that he does. This research will explain salt productivity in terms of human resources. This research method is quantitative research, data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Age and skill have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of salt farmers. Experience has a negative and significant effect on the productivity of salt farmers. Age is related to the energy possessed to work on salt fields, to be able to increase salt production it takes strong energy and physical strength. Skills are needed in making technical steps about environmental situations and weather changes that occur. so with a strong physique and good skills it is expected that salt productivity will increase.","PeriodicalId":31003,"journal":{"name":"Media Trend","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48555453","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
