The expected economic growth must of course be of quality, where there is a growth that occurs and has a sensitivity to unemployment and existing poverty. This study aims to determine the influence of the Quality of Human Resources in Economic Growth in Malang Regency. This study uses secondary data analysis which aims to provide an explanation of the role of the quality of human resources on economic growth in Malang district in the 2011 to 2020 fiscal year. The secondary data consists of (1) economic growth seen from constant price GRDP, (2) population in productive age, (3) the proportion of the population aged 10 years who have a high school education and, (4) Life Rate and Expectations at birth. The data is processed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results in the study show that (1) the proportion of the population of productive age has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth, (2) high school education and above has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, (3) health life expectancy has no significant effect on economic growth. The quality of human resources as measured by using three variables as independent variables has a significant effect on economic growth. The influence of these three variables is very significant both in their position as individual variables (independently) or jointly or simultaneously has a significant effect on economic growth. The unemployment rate has a negative nature on economic growth in a country. So that various policies were formed in an effort to minimize the increase in the number of unemployed. This study focuses on the Youth Unemployment Response to economic globalization in ASEAN by using secondary time series data from 2010 to 2019.In this study, it was found that the economic globalization aspect gave rise to several different responses to Youth Unemployment in ASEAN. Changes in trade globalization for the period one to ten gave rise to a positive response, while in the aspect of financial globalization it was responded negatively by the youth unemployment rate. In the aspect of youth unemployment responsiveness, the variables of financial and trade globalization have contributed greatly to the increase in the number of youth unemployed in ASEAN. This can be a recommendation for the government, especially Indonesia, in boosting young unemployed people to stay in a safe position. But on the other hand, it does not rule out the flow of economy globalization.","PeriodicalId":31003,"journal":{"name":"Media Trend","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46030363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From the results of the 2016-Advanced Economic Census, the number of these businesses reached more than 26 million businesses or 98.68 percent of the total non-agricultural businesses in Indonesia. This business is also able to absorb more than 59 million workers or around 75.33 percent of the total non-agricultural workforce. The advantages of MSEs include generally producing consumer goods and services that are close to the needs of the community, not relying on imported raw materials and more utilizing local resources both in terms of human resources, capital, raw materials, and equipment, and using their own capital or not supported by loans. from the bank. On the other hand, the limitations of MSEs include the lack of access to banking, the ability and knowledge of human resources that are still low so that they are managed in a simple way, the use of limited technology, and has not been able to keep up with changing consumer tastes, especially those that are export-oriented. The rapid development of information and communication technology has an impact on changes in lifestyle, including consumption patterns and the way people sell and shop. The phenomenon of e-commerce provides an easy way to shop for people by not having to come directly to the store. This can be used by MSEs to reach larger consumers so as to increase their production and income. This study aims to analyze the effect of Information and Communication Technology on the production of Micro and Small Enterprises in Indonesia. This study uses panel data from 34 provinces in Indonesia between 2015-2020 which is estimated using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM). The results show that capital, labor, computer users, fixed wireline users, cellular phone users, internet users and telecommunications expenses simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the production of Micro and Small Enterprises in Indonesia. Partially, capital has a positive and significant effect on the production of Micro and Small Enterprises in Indonesia. On the other hand, telecommunications spending has a negative and insignificant effect on the production of Micro and Small Enterprises in Indonesia. While other variables have a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. With these results, it is hoped that the government will issue policies to support micro and small businesses in increasing the use of information and communication technology to increase their production. Among other things, by building telecommunications infrastructure in areas that are not yet adequate, providing education to micro and small business actors in using information and communication technology, and providing light credit in the form of smartphones and computers to micro and small businesses so that they can be used to promote their products on the internet.","PeriodicalId":31003,"journal":{"name":"Media Trend","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42503325","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The development of MSMEs is a big change that is felt during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic, MSME actors must think about surviving for the sake of their business continuity. This condition limits the movement of community activities so that all consumer needs during the pandemic are transferred online. Digital marketing is one way to open communication between potential consumers and sellers, which is done without real-time restrictions. In the current digital era, many business actors do not have a shop directly, but they trade online or through internet media. The contribution of MSMEs to employment, both in developed and developing countries, including Indonesia, has a significant role in overcoming the problem of unemployment. In the current global economic era, business actors are required to make changes to increase their competitiveness. One of the most important factors is an information technology (IT).
