A new particle filter called Quasi-Monte Carlo sampling based Gaussian particle filter(QMC-GPF) is developed to estimate on-line the standard kinematic parameters of the target, including position and velocity, as well as the amplitude of the target. The convergence characteristic of the covariance matrix of the posterior densities propagated in the QMC-GPF is used to determine whether it is the true target. Implementation of SD Card Music Player is done by first instantiating a Nios II system in the board. Nios II system is built around the altera's Nios II processor using the SOPC builder tool of the quartus II. The SOPC builder tool generates the HDL code of the defined system. The developed code can be configured in the FPGA board to instantiate the system. In order to eliminate the text region, firstly, the features of an image are calculated in Gabor space, and then Gabor filter with different directions and frequencies are applied to the images. Since Gabor filter allows us to obtain channels in different scales and angles, and the relationship of different channels is a core factor which used in calculating coefficients to find possible labeled area because that in contrast to the original image, these channels in Gabor space can present the characteristics of text regions well, so the presented algorithm can remove the text area effectively. The affinity matrix of diversity graph characterizes the spatial diversity structure among nearby data, while affinity matrix of similarity graph characterizes the spatial similarity structure among nearby data. A concise feature extraction is then raised via combining the diversity and similarity among nearby data. In this paper, empirical mode decomposition (EMD) for non-stationary and nonlinear signal analysis is applied to speech de-noising. Moreover, focusing on the problems of envelopes fitting and interpolation points selection in conventional EMD, an improved EMD is proposed, which uses cubic hermite interpolation instead of cubic spline for signal envelopes fitting, and doubly-iterative sifting method instead of local extrema for interpolation points selection. Thus, the errors of algorithm could be reduced, and overshoots or undershoots be avoided. It also described the advantages of multimedia teaching methods through the aspects of the intuitive, dynamics, interactivity, capacity, recurrence and simulation. It also mentioned the important role of multimedia teaching mothers in helping students to think visually and to understand the concepts of mechanics. In addition, it pointed out the inadequacy of multimedia teaching and proposed the improvement measures for the multimedia courseware. By comparing multimedia teaching methods with traditional methods, the effects of teaching were analyzed from two aspects. One was the extent for the students to understand the professional subjects, and the other was the time required for teacher to introduce the subjects in the course. They have low intensity and occupy few pixels in image. In most situations, the background of sky is always ununiform and there exists pulse noises. Thus results in targets submerging in background noises and low signal noise ratio $(SNR)$. Median filter is an effective method for removing pulse noise. But it can blur image after modifying gray of non-noise pixels when image has low SNR. A hybrid median filter algorithm is proposed to process low SNR dim point targets image. The newly proposed method can suppress the pulse noises, also can increase target $SNR$ and does not add extra fake targets. The time complexity of median filter is $O(N^2)$($N$ is the widow size) and is difficult to implement in hardware. For quasi real time application, a fast implementation of our hybrid median filter is proposed to reduce the time complexity to $O(N)$. Because the parameters of the PLL synthesizer will be changed when the FH radio switch the frequency, the system may turn to be chaos caused by the parameters of it meet the very condition. Some analysis about the transient signals of the frequency-hopping (FH) radio with PLL synthesizer is made in this paper. The fractal dimension of the transient signals is estimated by Cao's method, and the maximal Lyapunov exponent of these signals is positive. The unique double-ring attractor of them is also reproduced through the phase space reconstruction.
