However, conventional lossless compression algorithms based on prediction are usually inefficient in exploiting correlation in hyperspectral images. In this paper, a new algorithm for lossless compression of hyperspectral images based on 3D context prediction is proposed. The proposed algorithm consists of three parts to exploit the high spectral correlation. Firstly, the LOCO-I prediction model similarity is chosen to set up 3D context prediction. Then a linear prediction algorithm is applied on the residual image after the 3D context prediction. Finally, the residual image of linear prediction is coded by the arithmetic coding. The performance of the proposed algorithm has been evaluated on AVIRIS hyperspectral images. The experimental results show that with a compression ratio (CR) up to 3.01, the proposed method obtains a better compression performance with comparison of partitioning DPCM, SSOLP, JPEG-LS, 3D-SPECK and 3D-SPIHT. The purpose of this paper is firstly to describe a tool that is easy to use for implementing self learning Fuzzy systems, that can be executed in a large group of micro computers and secondly to illustrate the use of the tool by an example. The tool is called FuNNy. FuNNy generates Fuzzy systems and consists of a compiler and a C learning library. The compiler translates a Fuzzy system (written in a dedicated language, called FuNNy language) to C. The C learning library contains the learning algorithm. The generated C code is simple standard C and therefore it can be applied to all computers which can be programmed in C. The learning algorithm is a gradient descend method based on a numerical calculation of the gradient. The input fuzzyfication can be described by four different kinds of membership functions. The output fuzzyfication is based on singletons. The rule base can be written in a natural language. The result of the learning is a new version of the Fuzzy system described in the FuNNy language. A simple shower control example is shown. But, setting large dead band or illogically adding PFC into power system in digital electro-hydraulic (DEH) system weaken the ability of primary frequency control, that results in grid frequency stability decrease against sudden accidents. Based on the Southern Hebei Grid accident investigation, the mathematical model of Southern Hebei Grid is established in this study for analysis of primary frequency control. The relationship among parameters which affect PFC ability such as dead band, load disturbance and PFC capacity were discussed. We observed that most Web pages have many visual cues to help distinguish different parts of the page. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to solve the extraction problem of query interface. Firstly, we propose a schema model for representing complex search interfaces. Secondly, we present an approach based on visual feature to automatically extract the search interfaces from Web page. It simulates how a user understands Web search interface based on its visual perception. By now ldquovisual inspectionrdquo is still widely adopted as the method to determine scaling regime, which suffers from the irregularity in correlation dimension curves and may further lead to a bad correlation dimension. So in this paper, a new computer-implemented method for the identification of scaling regime in correlation dimension plots based on K-means clustering algorithm is proposed. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by examples based on the data produced by several typical chaotic attractors and the data of a real load time series. This paper presents a three-phase four-leg topology, and adopts NZPWM control strategy to suppress common-mode voltage, at the same time, this paper analyses the topology structure of the three-phase four-leg and the principle of suppressing the common-mode voltage by NZPWM control technology, and provides the control strategy of the fourth leg. Further more, based on Matlab simulation platform, this paper make the simulations with SVPWM and NZPWM control strategies on the traditional three-phase three-leg, and it also simulates the new three-phase four-leg with NZPWM control strategy. At first, a generalized morphology filter with horizontal linear structure elements is designed to filter impulses and random white noises in PQ disturbance signals. Numerical simulation results show that the characteristics of the original signal can be well retained and the noise interferences are suppressed effectively with the proposed filter method. Then, to the filtered results, the complex wavelet derived by Daubechies real wavelet and its compound information are applied to detect and locate the start and end time that the disturbance occurs. The voltage interruption, voltage sag, voltage swell, high frequency oscillation and harmonic distortion are used to verify the validity of the filter-location approach. Simulation results show the integrated detection approach of morphology-complex wavelet is valid and effective.
