Response patterns in one's decision making are influenced by cognitive abilities such as information processing, self-evaluation, and self-regulation (Thunholm, 2004). Self-regulation is an attempt to control oneself, especially regarding one's own choices and preferences (Baumeister & Vohs, 2004). Self-regulation in this case is related to positive emotions and coping strategies, especially problem-focused coping (De la Fuente et al., 2020). The control process is useful in the individual decision-making process in completing tasks at work. In this study, decision making is measured by the results of the assessment center. Then the self-regulation data was obtained from the results of LS-2, interpersonal psychology measurements which were developed using Goleman's theory. A quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research is used to determine the effect of self-regulation on decision making. Data analysis was processed using regression on the SPSS 25 application. All variables were tested on 104 participants who are civil employee of goverment at one of the Ministries. The results show that the influence of self-regulation on decision making shows a significant value of p> .005. The phenomenon of increasingly narrow job opportunities, a fairlyhigh unemployment rate and intense competition in the working world to obtain job opportunities have resulted in the anxiety to face the working word. One of the groups of productive workers with unemployed status who are most affected by this situation are students who will enter the working world, that are final year students. The factor for final year students is career maturity. The aim is to determination relationships between career maturity and anxiety facing of world the working world on students of Psychology Faculty in 17 August 1945 University Surabaya. Research with a correlational model. Technique is sampling how to take a purposive sampling sample. Research result through Pearson Product Moment correlation test produces a value (rxy) = (0.101) which is significant at p = 0.296 (p = <0.05). Because p > 0.05, concluded that it is not significant negative correlation between career maturity variables between the anxiety to face the work world. The discussion of jihad in Islamic teachings is often referred to as the primary source of violence. Likewise, pesantren (Islamic boarding school) is also accused of instilling radicalism. Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide an understanding of education in pesantren. Whether pesantren contribute to radicalism, or conversely, it has become a torch for moderation and respect for human rights. This research is carried out to describe the value of multicultural education and how it is taught in building the moderate-religious character at Baitul Arqom Islamic Boarding School Jember. A qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques of data collection is used for this research. The data analysis is a descriptive qualitative method, while the source and technique triangulation are shown for the validity of the data. The study highlights that in building the moderate-religious character at Baitul Arqom Islamic boarding school, kyai and teachers preach the values of honesty, tolerance, democracy, togetherness, and cooperation. These values are promoted through the comparative study of madhab books and religions, moral habituation, history, and culture. Bastomi","doi":"10.35719/fenomena.v21i2.134","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35719/fenomena.v21i2.134","url":null,"abstract":"Acculturation of al-adat and Islamic law is a means to determine the extent to which Islamic law and local custom come into contact with the life practices of the Mandailing Tribe community of Islam without any contradictions. This research is empirical research with descriptive analysis. Research data were collected using observation and interview methods, then analyzed using content analysis methods. The results of this study indicate a synergism of the Mandailing tribal community, which adheres to a patrilineal kinship system to carry out Islamic law in parallel and local customs. The practice of sharing inheritance in the Mandailing tribal community is carried out traditionally by containing Islamic values. This practice is a realization of the philosophy of the Mandailing tribal community as \"Ombar do adat dot ugama\" and \"The Customary Country of Obedience to Worship\" as a forum to unite the Islamic legal and the customary law system. The acculturation of Islamic law and customary law in sharing inheritance in the Mandailing community shows that Islamic law can be dialogued with the customs that live in the community while still realizing the values of justice and benefit. Students regularly work in groups to help each other solve complex problems. This type of research is a case study. This conclusion research can be that the planned implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD includes; 1) the teacher prepares the program of the semester and syllabus compiled together a team of the KKG at the beginning of the semester. 2) preparing lesson plans. Making model cooperative type STAD includes 1) The Beginning, 2) the Core Activities, and 3) The End of the Activity. At the same time, the impact of the STAD Cooperative learning model on the learning theme in improving students' learning outcomes has a positive and negative effect.\u0000Pembelajaran kooperatif muncul dari konsep bahwa peserta didik akan lebih mudah menemukan dan memahami konsep yang sulit jika mereka saling berdiskusi dengan temannya. Peserta didik secara rutin bekerja dalam kelompok untuk saling membantu memecahkan masalah-masalah yang kompleks. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kulaitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dismpulkan bahwa perencanaan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD diantaranya; 1) Guru menyiapkan program semester dan silabus yang disusun bersama tim KKG pada awal semester. 2) Menyusun RPP. Penerapan model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan meliputi: 1) Kegiatan Awal 2) Kegiatan Inti 3) Kegiatan Akhir. Masruri","doi":"10.35719/fenomena.v21i2.126","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35719/fenomena.v21i2.126","url":null,"abstract":"Shalawat Musawah, known as gender sholawat, is a prayer often sung by the Nahdhatul Ulama fatayat. The lyrics of sholawat Musawah are by the spirit brought by the Fatayat Nahdhatul Ulama community (NU), rising from oppression to build the independence of the people. This study used descriptive qualitative with the sociology of literature approach. Data analysis was carried out using analytic techniques. This study aims to explain (1) the text and meaning of sholawat Musawah. (2) the intrinsic factor of sholawat Musawah, and (3) the correlation between the author and Shalawat Musawah. The result found that the text and meaning of Shalawat Musawah are related to the theme and perspective of the author, equality theory under Islamic law. Sholawat Musawah consists of 5 intrinsic elements: theme, diction, tone, rhyme, and message. Meanwhile, the relationship between the author and literary works is correlated to the time, place, and author’s standpoint.
