This motto means although they are different but still one, this is because Indonesia has a diversity of tribes, cultures, races, and languages. The inability of some individuals in Indonesia to accept these differences leads to negative multiculturalism. In pesantren, this will be more sensitive because the students have a diversity of backgrounds both in terms of culture, ethnicity, ethnicity, language, and regions which are then united in the same place. Multicultural education is defined as education that teaches differences and the vitality of cultural diversity and ethnicity related to equality, justice, openness, and recognition of differences. This study aims to determine the inculcation of the value of multicultural education, especially at the Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School, Temboro. This research is a descriptive qualitative using a phenomenological approach, which is a study that aims to objectively reveal facts, symptoms, and events related to the phenomenon of planting and values ​​of multicultural education at the Al-Fataah Islamic Boarding School, Temboro. This research is also included in the field research category. The green economic vision complements sustainable development, which aims to meet existing demands without endangering future generations. This study aims to determine how effective Islamic Microfinance Institutions at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri are in implementing the green economy. The research methodology includes case study-based qualitative research. Obtaining data with a focused open-ended interview type. Data analysis with data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The findings of the study show that Sustainable Islamic Microfinance Institutions in realizing a green economy at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri have not entirely run optimally because there is still an increase in NPF realization, namely in 2021 the NPF realization is 4.66%, and in 2022 it is 4.88%. This increase is almost close to the NPF tolerance limit of 5%. So, if the NPF level is declared high, non-performing financing increases. The impact of this increase disrupts the operational or sustainable cycle of institutions in realizing a degree of prosperity that is in line with the green economy concept, which is essentially a driving force for sustainable development. This study uses a qualitative approach. To find out how this transpersonal or spiritual method is carried out, this article analyzes the data taken through observation. This study discusses the procedures the Director of the Kolaka Nursing Academy carried out in Islamic Student Moral Development. This study aims to analyze the policies applied by the Kolaka Nursing Academy Director in the Islamic Student Moral Development, supporting and inhibiting factors in Islamic Moral Development students Kolaka Nursing Academy, Effective solutions to increase students' importance on the value of diversity on campus, and life daily. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. From this study, it was produced that the policy in developing the Islamic character of Kolaka Nursing Academy students was carried out through 3 (three) stages, namely, agenda setting. However, because the quantity of learners in MIN 3 Banyuwangi is very much and they are required to comply with health protocols (primarily maintaining distance), the solution taken by MIN 3 Banyuwangi is implementing a blended learning model in teaching and learning activities (KBM). The focus of the problem in this study is the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Islamic education using the blended learning model. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning using the combined learning model. Researchers use a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of case study. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis used is Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model data analysis consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Then, the validity of the data that researchers use is the source triangulation and triangulation techniques. This study obtained the following results: 1) MIN 3 Banyuwangi prepares learning scenarios and creates learning tools in planning activities. 2) in the implementation of learning, there are three activities: introduction, core, and closing. 3) as for learning evaluation, educators measure learners' learning outcomes from cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects through daily tasks, PTS, and PAS. In implementing PTS and PAS, MIN 3 Banyuwangi divided two groups. The upper class uses Computer-based Test mode, and the lower class uses paper and Pen mode. It is appropriate ti investigate the renewal that these salaf pesantrens carry out in order to establish their existences. This salaf pesantren’s revitalization efforts are an attempt to meet the demands of a changing society. Therefore, the review in this paper examines the modernization and renewal of the salaf pesantren’s educational system through a case study of Hidayatut Thullab Pesantren, which was formerly known for its salaf education or classical but has since evolved into salaf education infused with contemporary ideas. The “paguon” or “pawiyatan system as well as renewal and modernization are discussed here from the perspectives of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, Fazlur Rahman, and the Philosophy of religious studies respectively. Hidayatut Thullab Islamic Boarding School has renewed and modernized its education system which is not only based on salaf education, namely non-formal education that focuses on dormitories but also transformed into more modern formal education, even up to the university level, coupled with other skills education as extracurricular education as a provision for the lives of its students.\u0000Pesantren salaf adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memiliki pengaruh dan kontribusi yang besar kepada Indonesia dalam mendorong kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan karakter. Sehingga layak untuk dikaji tentang pembaruan yang dilakukan oleh pesantren-pesantren salaf tersebut, sehingga eksistensinya tidak diragukan lagi. Pembaruan yang dilakukan oleh pesantren-pesantren salaf ini sebagai bentuk untuk menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat yang dinamis. Maka tinjauan yang dilakukan pada tulisan ini adalah melihat pembaruan konsep atau sistem yang dilakukan pesantren salaf melalui studi kasus di pesantren Hidayatut Thullab sebagai bentuk perwujudan adanya pembaruan dan modernisasi pada pendidikannya yang pada awalnya dikenal dengan pendidikan salafnya saja atau klasik, kemudian bertransformasi menjadi pendidikan salaf yang berpadu dengan konspe modern. Tinjauan ini menggunakan pandangan Ki Hadjar Dewantara tentang sistem paguron atau pawiyatan, pandangan Fazlur Rahman tentang pembaruan dan modernisasi dan Filsafat Studi Islam. However, in its implementation, various obstacles were found. These obstacles are caused by poor internet networks, limited internet quotas, and the availability of teaching materials that do not support the online learning process. Therefore the objectives of this study are to describe: 1) The validity of the biology e-module, 2) The practicality of the biology e-module, and 3) Students’  responses to the biology e-module based on I-SETS using eXeLearning on bacterial material. The method used in this study is the research and development method with the ADDIE model. The result shows that: 1) The average validity results of biology e-modules, include the material validity of 94,5% (very valid) and the media validity of 95% (very valid), 2) The practicality of the biology e-module was obtained at 94% (very practical), and 3) The average student’s responses to the biology e-module was obtained at 85% (very good).  So, it can be concluded that the biology e-module that has been successfully developed can be used in online biology learning.\u0000Pembelajaran daring selama pandemi COVID-19 menjadi alternatif pilihan agar pembelajaran tetap dapat berlangsung. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya ditemukan berbagai kendala. Kendala-kendala tersebut disebabkan oleh jaringan internet yang buruk, kuota internet yang terbatas, dan ketersediaan bahan ajar yang kurang mendukung proses pembelajaran daring. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Validitas e-modul biologi, 2) Praktikalitas e-modul biologi, dan 3) Respons siswa terhadap e-modul biologi berbasis I-SETS menggunakan eXeLearning pada materi bakteri. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Rata-rata validitas e-modul biologi, meliputi validitas materi sebesar 94,5% (sangat valid) dan validitas media sebesar 95% (sangat valid), 2) Praktikalitas e-modul biologi sebesar 94% (sangat praktis), dan 3) Rata-rata respons siswa terhadap e-modul biologi sebesar 85% (sangat baik). Stres kerja merupakan suatu kondisi internal yang dapat terjadi di tempat kerja dimana individu tersebut bekerja, dapat menimbulkan pengalaman emosional yang sangat tidak menyenangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh religiusitas terhadap stres kerja, menguji adversity qoutient terhadap stres kerja, dan untuk menguji pengaruh religiusitas dan adversity qoutient terhadap stres kerja pada tenaga kesehatan di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi sejumlah 206 tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan di penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan perhitungan menggunakan SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan religiusitas terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai sig. p=0,032 (p<0,05). ada pengaruh yang signifikan adversity quotient terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai sig. p=0,003  (p<0,05). terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan religiusitas dan adversity quotient terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai sig. p=0,01 (p<0,05). WFH atau teleworking merupakan praktik kerja yang sedang berkembang, dimana karyawan bekerja pada suatu tempat di luar kantor selama beberapa kali dalam seminggu (Lamond, Daniels, & Standen, 1997). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas WFH terhadap kinerja karyawan di era pandemi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dengan membatasi artikel yang terbit pada rentang waktu selama pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2020 hingga 2022.
