Era eksponensial merupakan era dengan perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat. Perkembangan teknologi menjadi penyebab problem menurunya empati pada diri manusia. Melalui penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literatur digambarkan secara jelas, objektif, sistematis, analitis dan kritis untuk menumbuhkan empati melalui norma sosiomatematika. Data yang dijadikan sebagai literatur merupakan artikel-artikel penelitian yang diterbitkan pada jurnal nasional maupun internasional bereputasi. Pengumpula data menggunakan bantuan mesin pencari Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “empathy in education”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa norma sosiomatematika dapat menumbuhkan rasa empati. Perhatian terhadap argumentasi yang dipaparkan oleh siswa dapat memunculkan rasa empati. Empati dapat menumbuhkan persahabatan dan memudahkan kerjasama. Diharapkan guru dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran matematika memperhatikan bagaimana norma-norma sosiomatematika yang terbentuk. Salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran yang ditawarkan yaitu model pembelajaran matematika yang mengakomodasikan budaya lokal. Budaya yang telah terbukti memiliki nilai-nilai luhur untuk mengatur kehidupan bersama dalam masyarakat.AbstractThis study analyzes efforts to build empathy in students through learning mathematics. The exponential era is an era with very fast technological developments. Technological developments cause the problem of decreasing empathy in humans through qualitative research with literature studies described clearly, objectively, systematically, analytically, and critically to foster empathy through sociomathematical norms. The data used as literature are research articles published in reputable national and international journals. The data collectors used the help of the Google Scholar search engine with the keywords \"empathy in education\". The results of this study indicate that sociomathematical norms can foster a sense of empathy. Attention to the arguments presented by students can create a sense of empathy. Empathy can foster friendship and facilitate cooperation. Teachers in developing mathematics learning models are expected to pay attention to how sociomathematical norms are formed. One alternative learning model offered is a mathematics learning model that accommodates local culture. Pendidikan era revolusi industri 4.0 dengan meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia, adaptasi dan pembaharuan dalam komponen pendidikan, peningkatan kompetensi dan keterampilan pendidik dengan keterlibatan teknologi pada proses pembelajaran. Kurikulum harus mampu melengkapi kemampuan peserta didik yang dapat berkontribusi secara langsung di masyarakat, mengarah dan membentuk siswa yang siap menghadapi era revolusi industri dengan penekanan pada bidang Science, Technology, Engineering, dan Mathematics (STEM). Reorientasi pengembangan kurikulum yang mengacu pada pembelajaran berbasis TIK, internet of things, big data dan komputerisasi untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu bersaing di era global. Sekolah dan pendidik dalam memutuskan bagaimana pendidikan dan pembelajaran diselenggarakan, guru harus memiliki softskill yang kuat dan menciptakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa (student centered learning), pembelajaran kolaboratif (collaborative learning), pembelajaran penuh makna, dan terintegrasi dengan masyarakat.AbstractRevolution is a change caused by human activity in carrying out the demands of life. Dalam hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat serta mendalami bagaimana pelaksanaan serta pengelolaan ketatausahaan yang ada di SDN Ciracas 01 Pagi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang datanya bersumber dari hasil wawancara dan hasil analisis jurnal, artikel, buku maupun laporan berita yang diakses melalui online maupun cetak. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukan bahwa di SDN Ciracas 01 Pagi tidak memiliki pegawai atau bagian khusus dalam pengelolaan ketatausahan sehingga guru kelas yang mengemban tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan ketatausahaan di sekolah tersebut. Walaupun begitu, dalam pelaksanannya ketatausahan di sekolah tersebut telah dikatakan layak karena setiap guru nya mampu menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik. Sehingga dengan adanya ketatausahaan yang layak pada SDN Ciracas 01 Pagi sangatlah menunjang keberhasilan sekolah tersebut dalam melakukan proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan.AbstractAs one of the school's components, entrepreneurship is important in ensuring effective education. In this case, this study aims to see and explore how the implementation and management of the company's regulations in SDN Ciracas 01 Pagi. To achieve this goal, research is carried out using descriptive qualitative methods whose data is sourced from interview results and the results of journal analysis, articles, books, and news reports accessed online and in print. The results of the research that has been carried out show that SDN Ciracas 01 Pagi has no employees or a special part in the management of strict regulations, so classroom teachers carry responsibility for the implementation of the management of business regulations in the school. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Terdapat dua sumber data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran, indikator 2.3.2 VIII mengembangkan nilai civic disposition mengindahkan aturan main. Skenario pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai tanggungjawab melalui diskusi kelompok. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sumber belajar yang digunakan seperti buku paket, LKPD, UUD 1945, Peraturan UU dan Ge school mengembangkan nilai mengindahkan aturan main dan berfikir kritis. Strategi pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai tanggungjawab melalui skenario pemberian tugas. Pada evaluasi pembelajaran, tindak lanjut dalam pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis melalui remedial dan pengayaan di SMPN 1 Kota Padang. Sedangkan, perencanaan pembelajaran indikator 3.3.3 VIII mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis. Pada skenario pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis melalui program setoran hafalan UUD 1945. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sumber belajar seperti buku paket, LKPD, UUD 1945 dan perumpamaan tubuh mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis. Strategi pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis melalui penjelasan materi dislide PPT. Tujuan primer penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan memetakan gaya belajar siswa pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar berbasis geografis. Desain penelitian deskriptif analitik, teknik survei, instrumen tes sikap VAK (visual, auditori, kinestetik) dari DePorter. Variabel penelitian meliputi modalitas visual, auditorial dan kinestetik. Penelitian pada enam sekolah dengan responden 120 siswa yang terbagi pada tiga sekolah dasar di daerah urban kecamatan Bantul dan tiga sekolah dasar di daerah rural kecamatan Dlingo di Kabupaten Bantul yang dicuplik dengan sistematika penentuan wilayah penelitian dan sekolah menggunakan prosentase. Hasil penelitian di tiga sekolah di daerah rural yang meliputi SD Negeri Mangunan Dlingo, SD Negeri 2 Banjarharjo Dlingo, dan SD Negeri Suruh memberikan gambaran bahwa gaya belajar siswanya 70% merupakan modalitas kinestetik disusul berurutan modalitas visual dan auditorik dengan persentase 20% dan 10%. Namun, tiga sekolah di daerah urban yaitu SD Negeri Teruman, SD Negeri Manunggal, dan SD Negeri Bantul Timur menunjukkan Modalitas Visual mendominasi dengan angka 60% disusul Auditorik dan Kinestetik masing-masing 30% dan 10%.AbstractStudent learning styles are a reflection and a way to deliver students from the alienation of physical education. The primary purpose of this study is to identify and map students' learning styles in physical education learning in elementary schools based on geography. Design descriptive-analytic research, survey techniques, and VAK attitude test instruments (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) from DePorter. Research variables include visual, auditory, and kinesthetic modalities. Research in six schools with 120 student respondents divided into three elementary schools in urban areas of Bantul sub-district and three primary schools in rural areas of Dlingo sub-district in Bantul Regency, which were sampled systematically to determine research areas and schools using percentages. The research results in three schools in rural areas, including SD Mangunan Dlingo, SD Negeri 2 Banjarharjo Dlingo, and SD Suruh, illustrate that 70% of their student learning styles are kinesthetic modalities followed by visual and auditory modalities with a percentage of 20% and 10%. Semua institusi pendidikan harus melaksanakan pembelajaran secara dalam jaringan (daring). Di sisi lain, perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar di dunia, hingga ke setiap aspek kehidupan manusia termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat ini memberikan kemudahan bagi para siswa untuk belajar secara mandiri, dengan menggunakan bahan belajar tertulis dan melalui komputer, smartphone dan internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai pemanfaatan aplikasi Google Classroom sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran online di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi pustaka atau telaah pustaka dari berbagai sumber yang relevan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mendukung bahwa aplikasi Google Classroom dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam pembelajaran online. Hal ini dikarenakan Google Classroom berbasis internet, bisa dibuat ruang kelas di dunia maya atau kelas online yang berarti siswa tidak perlu datang ke sekolah. Selain itu aplikasi Google Classroom  dapat menghemat biaya, waktu, dan lebih fleksibel.AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the world of education. One of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the world of education is the delay in the process of teaching and learning activities. All educational institutions must carry out online learning. On the other hand, the rapid development of technology has a very big influence on the world, in every aspect of human life, including in the field of education. This rapid technological development makes it easy for students to study independently, using written learning materials and through computers, smartphones, and the internet. This study aims to provide information about using the Google Classroom application as an alternative to online learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. Collecting data using the literature study method or literature review from various relevant sources and interviews. The results of the study support that the Google Classroom application can be used as an alternative to online learning. This is because Google Classroom is internet-based. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari sumber referensi terkait melalui buku, artikel ilmiah dari jurnal bereputasi baik nasional maupun internasional, koran, dan majalah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, jika didalam sebuah proses pembelajaran dengan peneglolaan kurikulum yang baik, maka hasilnya akan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Sama halnya dengan pengelolaan kurikulum, jika dalam suatu sekolah sarana dan prasananya baik, maka hal dapat menunjang keberhasilan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Pengelolaan kurikulum sangat penting demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran untuk waktu yang telah ditetapkan, supaya tersusun dengan rinci program yang akan dilakukan untuk kedepannya. Begitupun dengan pengelolaan sarana prasarana, krusial sekali demi mewadahi berjalannya suatu program pembelajaran yang telah disusun dalam pengelolaan kurikulum. Oleh karena itu, sekolah dengan pengelolaan kurikulum serta pengelolaan sarana prasarananya yang baik, maka tingkat keberhasilan pembelajarn siswanya pun meningkat dan dapat dikatakan terjamin.AbstractEfforts to improve the learning success of elementary school students can be made with various supporting factors, including the curriculum and infrastructure. This research is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The assessment instrument in this study was the researcher himself. Data collection techniques are carried out by looking for related reference sources through books and scientific articles from reputable nationally and internationally journals, newspapers, and magazines. The results of this study indicate that, if in a learning process with good curriculum management, the results will be good as expected. Likewise, with curriculum management, if the facilities and infrastructure are good in a school, it can support student success in the teaching and learning process. Curriculum management is very important to achieve learning objectives for a predetermined time so that a detailed program will be arranged for the future. Likewise, with the management of infrastructure, it is crucial to facilitate the passage of a learning program that has been prepared in curriculum management. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan peneliti sebagai sumber instrumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan berdasarkan sumber referensi dari buku dan artikel jurnal dengan kata kunci strategi pengelolaan pembelajaran berbaisis teknologi (multiplatform) di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu banyak hal untuk menyesuaikan proses pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 diantaranya yaitu dengan mengelola pembelajaran dengan basis teknologi atau multiplatform. Dengan adanya multiplatform ini, diharapkan proses pembelajaran dapat lebih mudah dan efisien, baik oleh guru sebagai pendidik dan peserta didik sebagai subjek dalam proses belajar mengajar. Strategi yang digunakan selama ini beberapa sudah diterapkan, diantaranya yaitu dengan menggunakan platform atau media sosial yang dapat mendukung proses kegiatan belajar mengajar, diantaranya WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Classroom, dan lain sebagainya. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam penggunaannya karena masih butuhnya waktu penyesuaian dan beberapa tenaga pendidik, serta siswa yang belum sepenuhnya paham akan hal ini.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the technology-based learning management strategy (multiplatform), which became popular in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government instructed all schools in Indonesia to conduct online learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative, with the researcher as the source of the instrument. Data collection techniques using literature studies based on reference sources from books and journal articles with the keywords technology-based learning management strategy (multiplatform) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study results show that many things are needed to adjust the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic, including managing learning on a technology/multiplatform basis. With this multiplatform, it is hoped that the learning process can be easier and more efficient, both by teachers as educators and students as subjects in the teaching and learning process. This research is a type of descriptive-qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by reviewing documents, archives, national and international repute journals, and books related to the topics discussed. The results obtained are that multicultural-based education has an important role in fostering tolerant and tolerant attitudes and working with different faiths or religions. Multicultural education to children from an early age should enable the growth of brotherhood and tolerance in togetherness from an early age to build a new generation of civilization that is more meaningful to all humankind. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan yang dialami selama pembelajaran online, serta efektifitas pembelajaran online terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penetapan objek dilakukan secara purposive sampling, yaitu pada siswa SMP Nurul Huda kelas VII Pelean pada tahun ajaran ganjil 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi teknik observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan tes dalam bentuk soal-soal. Hasil uji pemahaman konsep matematis siswa didapat bahwa siswa dengan kategori pemahaman konsep matematis tinggi sebanyak 6%, siswa dengan pemahaman konsep matematis sedang sebanyak 55%, dan siswa dengan kategori pemahaman konsep matematis rendah sebanyak 39%. Artinya efektifitas pembelajaran online sangat berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis yang dikuasai oleh peserta didik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas VII pada materi bilangan masih tergolong rendah.AbstractOnline learning is one of the steps to support the learning needs to continue during the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning that is implemented can be said to be ineffective because of the many obstacles faced. This study aimed to describe the problems experienced during online learning and the effectiveness of online learning on students' understanding of mathematical concepts. The author uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The object is determined by purposive sampling, namely the students of SMP Nurul Huda class VII Pelean in the odd academic year 2021/2022. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, interviews, and tests in the form of questions. The results of the student's understanding of mathematical concepts found that students with high mathematical concept understanding categories were 6%, students with moderate mathematical concept understanding were 55%, and students with low mathematical concept understanding categories were 39%. This means that the effectiveness of online learning is very influential on the understanding of mathematical concepts that students master.
