Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Terdapat dua sumber data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran, indikator 2.3.2 VIII mengembangkan nilai civic disposition mengindahkan aturan main. Skenario pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai tanggungjawab melalui diskusi kelompok. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sumber belajar yang digunakan seperti buku paket, LKPD, UUD 1945, Peraturan UU dan Ge school mengembangkan nilai mengindahkan aturan main dan berfikir kritis. Strategi pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai tanggungjawab melalui skenario pemberian tugas. Pada evaluasi pembelajaran, tindak lanjut dalam pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis melalui remedial dan pengayaan di SMPN 1 Kota Padang. Sedangkan, perencanaan pembelajaran indikator 3.3.3 VIII mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis. Pada skenario pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis melalui program setoran hafalan UUD 1945. Pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sumber belajar seperti buku paket, LKPD, UUD 1945 dan perumpamaan tubuh mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis. Strategi pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis melalui penjelasan materi dislide PPT. Terakhir, evaluasi pembelajaran seperti tindak lanjut pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai tanggungjawab melalui program jurnal dan pemanggilan orangtua diSMPN 37 Kota Padang. Budaya religius seperti tahfidz alquran, wirid pagi jumat dan ibadah harian mengembangkan nilai tanggungjawab, berkompromi, kesopanan, disiplin dan berfikir kritis. Budaya literasi seperti membaca di lima belas menit akhir pembelajaran mengembangkan nilai berfikir kritis. Budaya kerjasama seperti program 18-21 dan membawa bekal dari rumah mengembangkan nilai disiplin dan berkompromi. Budaya bersih seperti sekolah bersih dan rabu jumat bersih mengembangkan nilai tanggungjawab dan berkompromi.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the development of civic disposition through learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education and school culture at SMPN Padang City. This study uses a qualitative method. Informants were taken using the purposive sampling technique. There are two sources of data, namely primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that learning planning, indicator 2.3.2 VIII develops civic disposition values by heeding the rules of the game. The learning scenario develops the value of responsibility through group discussions. In the implementation of learning, learning resources used, such as textbooks, LKPD, the 1945 Constitution, Law Regulations, and Ge school, develop the value of heeding the rules of the game and critical thinking. The learning strategy develops the value of responsibility through assignment scenarios. In the evaluation of learning, follow-up in learning develops the value of critical thinking through remedial and enrichment at SMPN 1 Padang City. Meanwhile, learning planning indicator 3.3.3 VIII develops the value of critical thinking. In the learning scenario, developing the value of critical thinking through the program of memorizing the 1945 Constitution. In the implementation of learning, learning resources such as textbooks, LKPD, the 1945 Constitution, and body parables develop the value of critical thinking. The learning strategy develops the value of critical thinking by explaining the PPT slide material. Finally, evaluation of learning such as follow-up learning to develop the value of responsibility through journal programs and calling parents at SMPN 37 Padang City. Religious cultures such as tahfidz al-Qur'an, Friday morning wirid, and daily worship develop the values of responsibility, compromise, politeness, discipline, and critical thinking. Literacy culture, such as reading in the final fifteen minutes of learning, develops the value of critical thinking. A culture of collaboration such as the 18-21 program and bringing supplies from home develops the value of discipline and compromise.
