Through in-depth interviews with 10 cadets engaged in internships alongside their academic studies, the study identifies key themes. These include the development of time management skills, enhancement of communication abilities, and opportunities for leadership growth facilitated by the training programme. Findings highlight the crucial role of practical skills development in equipping cadets to manage academic and professional responsibilities effectively. Recommendations for educational practices include integrating practical skills training, expanding leadership initiatives, fostering industry collaboration, implementing feedback mechanisms, and promoting lifelong learning among cadets and faculty. These initiatives aim to prepare cadets to meet the challenges of the maritime industry and contribute to its sustainable growth. However, a person's motivation in paying zakat determines the effectiveness of zakat distribution. The aim of this research is to discuss and analyze the factors that influence the motivation of State Civil Servants (ASN) in paying professional zakat. This research uses a qualitative approach with a sample of 20 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as informants. The research method involves observation, interviews, and data analysis using Nvivo 12 Plus software. The results of this research show that the motivation of State Civil Servants (ASN) in paying professional zakat is influenced by social, religious, ethical, and personal factors. Factors such as religious beliefs, moral values, and personal desires play an important role in ASN's decision to pay professional zakat. Bali, which has long been heavily reliant on the tourism sector, faces significant challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting its vulnerability to external shocks. The study utilizes both qualitative approaches, gathering data through surveys, interviews, and literature analysis. The findings indicate that the agricultural sector, fisheries, creative industries, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) show great potential for development as new economic drivers. Organic farming products and sustainable fisheries can meet local needs and offer export opportunities. Creative industries, particularly those digitally based, have garnered high interest from the younger generation and can significantly contribute to Bali's economy. Additionally, ICT can create opportunities in e-commerce, education, technology-based services, and enhance the effective promotion of local products. Local government support is crucial through skills training, capital assistance, and infrastructure development. However, policy implementation is often hindered by complex bureaucracy and budget limitations. Astuti","doi":"10.54373/ifijeb.v4i3.1495","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.54373/ifijeb.v4i3.1495","url":null,"abstract":"This study is entitled Overlay analysis of regional original revenue potential as one of the sources of regional revenue in Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 with the aim of analyzing the potential of regional original revenue of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 with several steps (1) analyzing PAD construction of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022, (2) analyzing PAD growth of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022, and (3) analyzing PAD potential of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 by calculating the yield of contributions and growth. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. This study was conducted in Central Lombok Regency at the regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA). The method of data analysis used in this study is Overlay analysis. The results of this study are (1) pad contribution analysis of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 obtained an average result of 10.10% with unfavorable criteria, (2) PAD growth analysis of Central Lombok regency in 2013-2022 obtained an average result of 16.96%.
