The sample consisted of 100 employees who completed a questionnaire covering these key variables. Quantitative analysis used descriptive statistics to describe the means and standard deviations of the variables, as well as inferential statistics including correlation tests and regression analysis to explore the relationships between variables. Results show that high levels of job satisfaction, motivation, and continuous skills development are positively and significantly correlated with increased employee productivity. The managerial implications of these findings suggest the importance of effective human resource management strategies to improve organizational performance and maintain competitiveness in the creative industry. The research method uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 230 respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results of the study show that price, promotion, and completeness of products have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty, both directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. These findings indicate the importance of the right pricing strategy, effective promotion, and adequate product completeness in increasing consumer satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Universitas Adzkia. This research employs a quantitative method with simple linear regression. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents. The results indicate a significant and positive influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest among students of Universitas Adzkia. Data is collected from the company's annual report and sustainability report. Approach A quantitative approach is used to collect relevant data from the entire population of 63 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. After purposive sampling, 56 listed companies were finally considered. The authors measured Company Performance using Tobin's Q. After collecting the data, the authors analyzed it with multiple linear regression and MRA. The findings reveal the significant negative impact of Sustainability Performance and ISO 14001 on Company Performance. In the educational context, leadership can create a positive and supportive work environment, which ultimately influences improving teacher performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and madrasa leaders, direct observation in the work environment, and analysis of internal organizational documents. Research results show that teachers who work under ethical leaders report higher levels of motivation, a greater sense of job satisfaction, and better performance. Teachers feel more valued and supported, which encourages them to work harder and achieve better results. Apart from that, ethical leadership also contributes to the formation of a strong organizational culture, which encourages cooperation, openness, and innovation. The conclusion of this research is that ethical leadership has a significant influence on teacher performance at MAN 2 Sijunjung. This research uses primary data, namely data obtained directly from the field by distributing questionnaires specifically to employees to obtain 60 respondents. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the multiple regression equation is obtained as follows: Y= 17.484 + 0.460 X1 + 0.185 This research uses theory as a basis for field exploration. This research approach uses quantitative methods. Research findings show that the Fcount value (6.882) > the Ftable value (3.159) and the significant value is 0.002 < the significance level (0.05). Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, therefore it can be concluded that the variables of communication skills and organizational culture simultaneously influence the effectiveness of employee performance. Based on the research results, the variables (communication skills and organizational culture) influence the dependent variable (employee work effectiveness) by 19% and the remaining 81% is influenced by other variables outside this research. The population of this research is all retail sector companies listed on the ASEAN-5 Stock Exchange with a population of 121 and a sample of 23 companies. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, using secondary data, namely the Corporate Financial Report 2020-2023. Measuring a company's financial performance uses the liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio.
