Xiong","doi":"10.4067/S0366-16442002000200013","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.4067/S0366-16442002000200013","url":null,"abstract":"Se describe un nuevo electrodo de membrana basado en poli (vinilcloruro) con el complejo de asociacion ionica demerol-Reinikato como sitio de intercambio para la determinacion de demerol clorhidrato, tanto en inyecciones como en tabletas, en el cual se usa ftalato de dibutilo como plastificante. La respuesta lineal cubre el rango de concentracion 1%10-5i1%10-3 M con una pendiente de 53.50 mV/decada. El rango practico de pH fue 2 i 8. El limite mas bajo de deteccion fue de 4.36%10-6 M. Hubo una interferencia insignificante de un numero de cationes inorganicos y organicos y de algunos excipientes comunes de drogas. El electrodo propuesto ha sido aplicado exitosamente para determinar el clorhidrato de petidina en tabletas e inyecciones. Fierro","doi":"10.4067/S0366-16442002000200017","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.4067/S0366-16442002000200017","url":null,"abstract":"Titania-supported iron (1wt%) catalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method using different gelation pH (3 and 9), metal precursors (FeCl2 and FeCl3) and calcination temperatures (873 and 1073K). Characterization data of calcined catalysts revealed that in all samples the dominant iron species is Fe 3+ and the crystalline phase of the TiO2 substrate depends on the gelation pH and the metal precursor used. It was found that in the Fe/TiO2 ex-FeCl3 samples an important part of the iron ions became inserted in titania lattice, which makes the anatase phase stable even at high calcination temperatures. The solids were tested in the combustion of methane under stoichiometric conditions at atmospheric pressure. It was observed that the Fe/TiO2 ex-FeCl2 sample displays the highest activity. En este trabajo se muestra que es capaz de reaccionar con radicales liposolubles (difenilpicrilhidracil, DPPH) en la interface de soluciones micelares. La velocidad del proceso sigue el orden micelas cationicas > mezcla etanol:buffer > micelas neutras micelas anionicas Estos resultados pueden racionalizarse en terminos de la compartimentalizacion de ambos reactantes en diferentes microfases y del efecto que ejercen las interacciones electrostaticas sobre el acceso del anion urato a la interface micelar. La estructura de estos compuestos fue determinada mediante metodos espectroscopicos. Se determino la actividad antimicrobiana de siete de estos compuestos frente a las bacterias: Bacillus brevis, B. subtilis, Escherichia coli, Micrococcus luteus, Providencia sp., Pseudomonas sp., Shigella sp., Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus pyogenes y sobre los hongos Aspergillus sp., Fusarium fujikuroi, F. ciliatum, Mucor miehei, Nematospora coryli, Paecilomyces variotii and Penicillium notatum. Esta estructura pertenece a un tipo de compuestos de azufre divalente y cristaliza en el sistema ortorrombico, grupo espacial Pnma con a= 27.810(4), b=6.797(1), c=6.110(1)A, y Dx =1.376 g cm-3 con Z=4. La distancia de enlace S-N de 1.699(4) A es mas corta que un enlace simple S-N [1.74 A]. Uno de los compuestos mayoritarios que se identifico fue a-(z)-ocimeno [1], 87.0% en P. vira vira, 45.0% en P. heterotrichium, 41.0% en P. cheiranthifolium y 76.0% en P. robustum. Otros compuestos mayoritarios fueron germacreno D [2] (6.4%) en P. vira vira, b-felandreno [3] (45.4 y 27.4%) en P. heterotrichium y P. cheiranthifolium, germacreno B [4] (17.9%) en P. cheiranthifolium y (E)-3,7,11-trimetil-1, 6, 10-dodecatrieno-3-ol [5] (9.5%) en P. robustum. Se establecio el gradiente que permitio la separacion, identificacion y cuantificacion simultanea de colesterol, fosfatidilcolina y trioleina. Se evaluo el porcentaje de recuperacion a traves de un procedimiento de adicion estandar de colesterol con un rendimiento de 99,4%.
