Moreover, staff burnout is progressively regarded as a concern in the mental health arena has also been put up. We wanted to compare mental health professionals like clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and counselling psychologists in terms of stress, depression, burnout, anxiety, and depersonalization to investigate this issue further and to study the effect on the mental health of service providers themselves. The data collection took place in Bengaluru including 30 clinical psychologists, 30 psychiatrists and 30 counselling psychologists currently practicing. Demographic data and the screening instruments like Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and Depression, Anxiety and Stress scale (DASS) were used. Descriptive statistics was done followed by Kruskal Wallis H test and pair wise analysis. Results were obtained using the screening instruments and was discussed in detail along with the importance of this issue. In India, the listed firms witnessed increase in both the investment by institutional investors as well as the market capitalisation over the last few years. The investment by institutional investors rose from 0.010 percent to 75 percent of total equity shareholdings and Market to Book value ratio (M B ratio) rose from 0 to 3263 over the period 2008–2014. In view of the same, the present study explores the relation between institutional ownership and firm value of listed firms in Indian stock exchanges, namely, Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). M B ratio is the proxy for firm value. The various forms of multiple regressions are used due to the presence of autocorrelation and heteroskedasticity in the model. There were 496 firms selected for the study. The results indicate the impact of institutional ownership on firm value leading to the belief that investment by institutional investors in a firm increases its market valuation depicting higher investor confidence. There is an overall increase in caries which is becoming a major health issue all over the world. Awareness for dental health is quite low in several parts of India. Besides brushing and rinsing the mouth one is not much concerned for caring for one's teeth. Modern techniques of consuming bottled water and from types of filters used for purifying water removes most of the fluoride and is thus one aspect for leading to caries in most children and adults. Moreover usage of non-fluoride toothpaste in several regions of India is also a cause for concern. This epidemiological study attempts to identify why so many children as well as adults suffer from dental caries, which seems to have no cure. India is a diverse land and this study explores the possible reasons for deteriorating oral health which could also be due to heavy concentration of fluoride in some areas due to climatic variations and soil conditions. This study attempts to add to the body of research in the area of caries and ill health.
