One of the most important criteria for schools to be able to achieve the goals they have determined in advance, that is, to be effective, is school principals as an administrator. The task of the school administrator is to evaluate the resources in the school in the most efficient way, in accordance with the goals of the school. School principals have very important tasks in reducing or eliminating the existing sources of stress in the school environment. A good education manager is someone who tries to get to know his staff and can also deal with their problems. For this reason, they should be able to provide professional guidance, especially to newly appointed education administrators, from the preparation of plans to the solution of in-school and out-of-school problems, as well as provide the moral support they will need. He should be able to use his authority to eliminate or reduce the sources of institutional stress. School and course schedules should not be changed every year unless they are needed by education administrators. Changes should be made only in accordance with today's requirements. The problem of overcrowding of classrooms must be solved. This can be solved by allocating more financial resources to the education sector, by making new schools and appointing enough teachers. Since schools are one of the most stressful environments of our society, education managers are one of the most important building blocks of this environment. Education administrators are Decently acting as a bridge between National Education and teachers, teachers and students, and teachers and parents. All problems that may occur in the working environment are tried to be resolved by contacting the school principal. In this case, it is inevitable that education managers will encounter the most commonly used word today, namely “stress”. In the rankings of stress sources that affect education managers the most, it is observed that the management understanding factor usually ranks first. Efforts to manage the school, which are seen as a critical factor in educational administrator stress, are perceived as highly stressful. Education is one of the indispensable elements for the development of a state. In this process, teachers also have very important duties. Teaching is a specialized profession that has undertaken the task of preparing a nation for tomorrow. In order for teachers to perform these duties, they must first educate themselves with high quality. In order for this to be achieved, it is essential that teachers are satisfied in an economic sense. It is observed that teachers in our country cannot provide their personal development at an adequate level. One of the main reasons for this state of the teaching profession is economic. Money, which is the basic means of exchange of the economy, is an important tool for people to maintain their lives and gain a place in society. Money, which is an economic value, is necessary to maintain a person's life and makes a person willing to work. The amount of salary he receives determines not only the status of the person in the institution where he works, but also his status in society. It is important for determining the economic concerns of teachers and providing solutions to these concerns. In addition, it is important to inform the authorities interested in education about the situations caused by these economic concerns. This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of economic concerns of teachers working in official schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education on teachers' professional productivity. Classical Management Theories are theories that try to reach a single management theory by explaining the functions and principles of management. Classical management theorists have defended the view that what is good for the organization is also good for the employee by putting the organization at the center in the understanding of total quality management. They have generally approached the organization from a mechanical point of view, focusing especially on the organizational structure; they have accepted the unmanned organization view. However, the pressure created on the organization by the rapidly falling economic earnings and the need for more employment prevented the studies on the subject. Within the framework of total quality management, he considered the individual within the organization as a productivity tool or machine and evaluated his expectations, needs, cultural differences in a minimal way. In the form of an extension of the dominant understanding of public administration in our country, a traditional and autocratic form of management is observed in educational institutions. The phenomenon keeps educational institutions away from management thinking and functional structure that can respond to the expectations of the age. It is of particular importance to adapt the teaching plane to modern and scientific developments and to create realistic policies for the purpose. In this context, the most important tool for solving the current problems in primary education institutions is to change the management approach that dominates the institution in line with modern developments. Accordingly, in accordance with the principles offered by the TKI in vocational and technical high schools, it should be reconsidered in terms of purpose, structure, management and teaching. The Internet is one of the important resources that individuals refer to while performing practices, making decisions and reasoning in their daily lives. In the research, official websites of private and public high schools in the sample were used as study material. The research was carried out in the 2021 academic year within the scope of 20 high schools in the sample of private and public high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the Bornova District of İzmir province. Random sampling method was used in the study. In data collection techniques, researchers use primary data and, in this direction, data were collected from the official web pages of the schools. In the context of Industry 4.0, within the framework of the development stages of web technology, the situation of communication model, information quality, target audience, content, interaction level variables on the official web pages of the schools was examined. 74% of the web profile percentages of public high schools in the study group are on the Web 1.0 platform, and 26% are on the Web 2.0 platform. On the Web 3.0 platform, it was observed that no public high schools were included. Looking at the web profile percentages of private high schools, it is seen that 66% are on the Web 1.0 platform, 32% are on the Web 2.0 platform, and only 2% are on the Web 3.0 platform. Based on the web profile of private and public schools, when their readiness for Industry 4.0 is evaluated, it is seen that most of them are still in the Web 1.0 phase. Although it is seen that the changes in the education system occur slowly, applications such as augmented reality, virtual reality simulations, internet of things, digital learning platforms and educational data mining that come with the Education 4.0 paradigm are partially included in the targets of the 2023 MEB Vision document, but schools are still able to express themselves. It is seen that the use of these technologies on websites that are a part of their corporate identity is not settled. It is thought that the educational information network model, which includes artificial intelligence applications such as EBA, which is used more frequently with the Covid 19 pandemic process, can also be used on the websites of schools, and this will provide an awareness and acceleration in the adaptation of schools to innovations in this sense. The main purpose of educational organizations is to transfer the culture and values that will ensure the continuity of society to future generations and to shape these culture and values. One of the necessary conditions for these to be realized is that students, teachers and administrators involved in educational organizations should establish a psychological connection with their organizations and all kinds of activities organized by the organization. Because identification with an organization is a form of social identification in which a person has the phenomenon of unity and a sense of belonging and bonding associated with the institution, activities and members of which he is a member.
