Graha Estetika Property Bengkulu and to find out the relationship of promotion with the decision to purchase a subsidized house at PT. Graha Estetika Property Bengkulu. The method of analysis uses Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. Spearman rank correlation coefficient on location relationship (X1) with subsidized house purchase decision (Y) at PT. The Bengkel Property Aesthetic Graha is known that the value of rho count = 0.85 means the relationship between the location and the decision to purchase a subsidy at PT. Bengkulu's Graha Estetika Property is very strong, because the correlation value is in the coefficient interval of 0.800 - 1,000. The value of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient on the relationship of promotion (X2) with the decision to purchase a subsidized house (Y) at PT. Bengkel Property Aesthetic Graha is known the value of rho count = 0.68 the meaning of the promotion relationship with the purchase of a house subsidy decision at PT. This study aims to examine empirically the influence of entrepreneurial competencies on business performance. Entrepreneurship competency is measured by 15 indicators (Ability to control risk, autonomy, Search for and analyze information, Communication, Dynamic, Build social networks, Change management, Initiatives, Innovation, Integrity, Leadership, Results-oriented, Negotiation, Problem solving and Responsibility ) While Business Performance is measured by 5 indicators (profit growth, sales growth, capital growth, efficiency and customer growth). The sample in this study was MSMEs in the city of Tarakan using a sample probability area sample method based on the sub -district area. The data analysis technique uses the PLS-SEM method with the WarpPls 6.0 application. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial competence has a positive impact on business performance. Bank Bengkulu in the 2014-2016 period if measured using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital). Based on the results of the assessment of bank soundness by applying the RGEC method at PT. Bank Bengkulu is seen from factors, namely 1. Risk Profile, the results of the 2014 NPL ratio of 0.39%, in 2015 amounted to 0.39%, and in 2016 amounting to 0.33% can be said to be very healthy. The results of the LDR ratio in 2014 amounted to 85.79%, in 2015 amounted to 91.05%, and in 2016 amounting to 93.31% this could be said to be quite healthy. 2. Good Corporate Governance in the 2014-2016 period of 89.33% can be said to be very healthy. 3. Eanings, the results of the 2014 ROA ratio amounted to 3.69%, in 2015 amounted to 3.29%, and in 2016 amounting to 3.02% this could be said to be very healthy. The results of the BOPO ratio in 2014 amounted to 74.10%, in 2015 amounted to 80.54%, and in 2016 amounting to 77.71% this could be said to be very healthy. 4. Capital, the results of the 2014 CAR ratio amounted to 16.99%, in 2015 amounted to 21.39%, and in 2016 amounting to 19.07% can be said to be very healthy. The results of the health research at PT. Bank Bengkulu in the 2014-2016 period showed that PT. Satisfaction will be achieved and enjoyed if it is able to provide value relative to consumer desires. The large number of smartphone products with various brands that have sprung up in the market, has made business competition between smartphone products even tighter. The Xiaomi Redmi 5 smartphone product is one of the smartphone products that is currently quite popular among the public. To maintain the consistency of Xiaomi Redmi 5 smartphone products on the market, smartphone product manufacturer Xiaomi Redmi 5 must continue to be able to maintain consumer confidence in its products so that consumers will reflect brand reliability and brand intention from the Xiaomi Redmi 5 smartphone products it uses. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between brand trust and consumer satisfaction at Xiaomi Redmi 5 smartphone in Bengkulu City. This study is a correlational study with the type of data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sample in this study were consumers of Xiaomi Redmi 5 smartphone products who bought smartphones in the Xiaomi City of Bengkulu Gallery totaling 39 people with the sampling method, namely accidental sampling. Data analysis methods used are analysis of average distribution, spearman rank correlation (spearman rank corellation) and hypothesis testing.
