Based on PP No.79 of 2014, Indonesia is committed to utilizing 23% of the total renewable energy of the total by 2025. In the General National Energy Plan (RUEN), in 2025 Indonesia targets the capacity of electrical energy from new and renewable energy of 45 GW of which solar power of 6.5 GW (14%). In this research, we will discuss the design of Solar Rooftop PV in the Udayana University Library building. Based on the helioscope simulation results, at a real angle of 20.6o and 20.3o solar modules that can be installed as many as 84 units with a power capacity of 28.1 kWp while at an optimum angle of 14.66o, as many as 66 solar modules can be installed with power capacity of 22.1 kWp. Based on the results of the HOMER simulation, the configuration between the real angle PV mini-grid and the grid is able to produce energy of 83,253 kWh/year with an emission reduction of 41.764%, while the configuration of the Solar Rooftop PV with the optimum installation angle with the grid is able to produce energy of 79.775 kWh/year with a reduction in emissions of 34.527%. From the results of the HOMER simulation, an economic analysis was carried out with an energy selling price of Rp. 900/kWh. In 2019, the energy consumption of the Badung Regency DPRD Building was 41.8 kWh/m2 month, when compared to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 on an Air-conditioned Building, which was 14 kWh/m2 month, the DPRD Building was included in the wasteful category. Based on these problems, efforts are needed to evaluate the use of electrical energy in the DPRD Building by means of energy conservation. The purpose of the study was to identify the potential for saving electrical energy that can be applied to the Badung Regency DPRD Building. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach where the results of calculations and measurements are then described and compared with Indonesian national standards on energy conservation. Analysis hosting capacity on the distribution network serves to determine the flow of power when photovoltaic is installed and can analyze voltage, conductor loading, power loss, and good transformer loading when connected to the network.The analysis of hosting capacity on rooftop PV mini-grid spread over the distribution network is very useful for future planning if there is a massive energy transition that is implemented on rooftop PV mini-grid. The hosting capacity analysis on the distribution network was carried out in 2 scenarios, which were Scenario A for the Bangli feeder without being connected to the PLTS 1 MWp and Scenario B for the parameter B for the Bangli feeder being connected with the PLTS 1 MWp. The analyzed parameters included voltage, conductor loading, transformer loading and power losses in network. Based on the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 of 2010 on an air-conditioned building, the building is included in the wasteful category. So the Denpasar District Court office must make efforts to save money by conducting energy audits on lamps, coolers (AC), and other equipment. The purpose of this research is to analyze electrical energy opportunities and provide recommendations for savings that can be made. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by calculating the IKE of the building. The results of this study obtained the total energy needed in existing conditions (before the LED lamp and AC inverter were replaced) with the assumption that the lamp and air conditioner operated for 8 working hours per day and 24 days per month, the total energy was 140,101,344 kWh/year. Meanwhile, the total energy consumed after replacing the LED lamps and AC inverter is 124,328,448 kWh/year. So that there is a saving of 15,772,896 kWh of electrical energy for one year with a saving of electrical energy costs of Rp. 22,787,102.85 / year. IKE before replacing the LED lamps and AC Inverter is 41.462 kWh / m2 per year in the wasteful category according to the Ministerial Regulation ESDM No. 13 of 2012. The change in the function of the room will certainly have an impact on changes in electrical energy consumption. The results showed that the measurement of light intensity and room temperature in Building C of RSD Mangusada did not meet the standards of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 7 of 2019. The factor causing the non-fulfillment of light intensity was because many lights had dimmed and died and in the air system the standards were not met due to performance. AC that is not optimal in cooling the room but is still used if this continues will be a waste of energy. The operator monitors the temperature bearing manually using a Flir measuring instrument with potential hazards in the work area namely slipping, falling and electrocution. On this basis, IoT based bearing monitoring system for circulation water pump in real time is very necessary.The design of this prototype uses hardware such as ESP32 microcontroller and MLX90614-BCC sensor, while the software used are blynk and google spreadsheet. The MLX90614-BCC sensor calibration uses a linear regression method to adjust the sensor value to the Flir TG167 so as to minimize deviations in temperature readings.The results of this prototype are able to read temperature bearing well which are integrated with the blynk on smartphones by displaying temperature values in the form of numbers and graphs and also equipped with a notification. The prototype that was built had an average measurement deviation of 0.32% on the DE sensor and 0.3% on the NDE sensor. Storage of temperature data on google spreadsheet with the amount of data that can be stored as much as 1,666,666 data. The conclusion of the research is that it has succeeded in designing and manufacturing a prototype IoT based bearing monitoring system for circulation water pump. Testing the performance of the prototype can work well. The law states that every hospital is required to record and report all hospital operations in the form of a hospital management system. In this regard, the research conducted at Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City, aims to determine the performance calculation of the fiber optic network design at the hospital so that SIMRS implementation can be carried out optimally. This research uses Optisystem 7.0 simulation to determine the performance of network design at Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City. Optisystem simulation with MMF OM4 cable produce a power receive value greater than allowable minimum receiver sensitivity, that is -11.1 dBm. The BER value obtained from the Optisystem simulation is less than 1x10-9 which indicates that the value has met the adequacy of the standard BER value in fiber optic networks. However, the Q-factor value obtained in the simulation is greater than the optical communication standard, that is 6. Therefor it needs to analyze the design of this MHP prototype. Turgo turbine is a classification of impulse turbine that require water pressure as a source to rotate the turbine. In this research a prototype of MHP with a turgo turbine has been formed which has a total of 18 blades with blade length 6,8 cm, blade width 4,68 cm, and blade depth 1,17 cm. This prototype has 1 nozzle with a diameter 2 cm that has beam angle of 70° which emits water with a pressure of 21 psi. For this reason, alternative solutions are needed, namely the use of renewable energy, one of which is from the solar energy sector, namely solar PV. Solar energy has the highest potential compared to other renewable energy sectors of 207.9 GW. Based on that, in 2020 the Province of Bali received a Rooftop Solar PV grant through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, one of which is located at the Bali Provincial DPRD Government Office with an installed power of 25 kWp using the On Grid system. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct a detailed study of the potential, operational systems, savings and the proper management model of Rooftop Solar PV at the Bali Provincial DPRD Office. The potential of Solar PV electricity production on the roof of the Bali Provincial DPRD Office was analyzed by simulating the orientation and tilt angle of the Solar PV to get the optimum Solar PV electrical energy production results using HelioScope software. The results showed that the results of electrical energy production in the simulations of the two scenarios tended to be higher with the total difference in scenario 1 and scenario 2 being 21.75% and 19.66%, respectively. For savings that can be obtained for 6 months of Rp. 36,055,301 with a percentage of 22.60%.
