The pump moves fluid from a low pressure place to a place with a higher pressure, to overcome this pressure difference a power is needed. The cooling system is a system that serves to keep the engine temperature in ideal conditions.Seawater cooling pump used on the MV.BAHARI 22 ship, experienced a problem of decreased suction power analyzed using quantitative research methods in which research uses data taken directly on the ship. Then the analysis of this study uses a predetermined formula. Given the delay impacted the loss of a fine to be paid by the recipient of goods for being late in the process of loading or known as Demurraage. The problem raised in this research is how to apply the calculation of the optimal draft survey with the speed of time and accuracy of calculation. \u0000The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis by calculate of cargolood/ verify the calculation of the number of vessels betweet the conventional draft survey method and the method of draft survey microsoft excel which refers to the data of the ship that has been verified by the PT. Surveyor Indonesia. The results obtained from this research is the calculation by the method of draft survey microsoft excel has a high level of accuracy because the chances of error due to human error is smaller that the calculation by manual. Pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan akan menjadi rumit apabila dihadapkan pada beberapa kriteria yang saling berhubungan dan harus terpenuhi. Oleh sebab itu digunakanlah logika fuzzy guna membantu dalam penentuan pengambilan keputusan. Dalam perencanaan pemilihan ukuran utama kapal barang pada jurnal ini diberikan beberapa batasan yaitu tinggi sarat maksimal kapal yaitu 6 meter, panjang keseluruhan kapal sekitar 100 meter, dan berat mati kapal kira – kira 3000 ton dan 5000 ton. Hal ini mengakibatkan penumpang yang seharusnya turun dari kapal menjadi naik dari kapal, dan harus di tarik dari kapal ke atas ponton. Jumlah kapal yang berlabuh di ponton Sri Tanjung Gelam sebanyak 24 kapal setiap harinya. Dari data yang di kumpul penulis free board kapal yang ada berkisar antara 800mm sampai 1000mm, maka penulis melakukan desain ulang dan menetukan rata-rata free board kapal tersebut sebesar 900mm. Ponton ini secara perhitungan dan design menghasilkan free board yang tepat seperti yang direncanakan yaitu tinggi 1400mm, draft/ saratnya 500mm, dan free board 900mm. Ketinggian ponton yang ada saat ini 2000mm dengan Sarat 600mm Free board nya 1400mm. Kesalahan pada perencanaan sebuah ponton akan menimbulkan dampak yang serius terhadap keselamatan pengunaannya. Dari data perbandingan ukuran ponton baru dan ponton lama di atas bisa didapatkan penghematan pemakian material dari ponton lama. Kapal fast monohull memiliki desain yang dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk mencapai kecepatan yang diinginkan. Dalam pembuatan sebuah kapal selalu memperhatikan parameter- parameter desain desain yang direncanakan juga pertimbangan sisi ekenomis. Dalam hal bentuk lambung, kapal fast monohull sudah berkembang dengan memiliki berbagai macam konfigurasi. Salah satu konvigurasi bentuk lambung yang cukup populer belakangan ini adalah bentuk ‘Axe Bow’ yang di desain oleh Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) dan Maritime Research Institute Netherlands (MARIN). Keunikan dari konvigurasi lambung ini adalah bentuk bow (haluan)-nya yang tegak lurus kedepan menyerupai kapak yang diklaim memiliki performa hidrodinamis yang baik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa hambatan terhadap bentuk lambung kapal patroli dengan konvigurasi perubahan sudut lambung yang mendekati tegak lurus hingga tegak lurus. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisa deskriptif antara sistem tender konvensional dan e-procurement khususnya dibidang tender perkapalan. Hasilnya adalah sistem konvensional lebih tepat untuk diterapkan pada pengadaan barang yang memiliki sistem rumit seperti tender kapal baru sedangkan untuk produk yang sistemnya lebih simple dan memiliki spesifikasi yang jelas bisa menggunakan e-procurement.
