From this description, this study aims to analyze the verdicts of the Makassar District Court judges in cases of corruption. The problems that arise in this study are: What is the judge's verdict against the occurrence of criminal acts of corruption. The method used in this study is a normative legal research method by analyzing data descriptively-quantitatively. The results showed, first, the verdict was a very significant influence on the rampant cases of criminal acts of corruption, corruption cases increased from year to year. secondly, the judge's verdict in the case of corruption is strongly influenced by the demands of the prosecutor. Prosecutors 'demands and judges' verdicts are very low, so they do not provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corruption. This illustrates that the judge has not fully applied the punishment to the perpetrators of corruption in order to give a deterrent effect, because there are still many judicial verdicts that are lower than the demands of the public prosecutor. \u0000Korupsi merupakan tindak pidana khusus yang berdampak buruk bagi kelangsungan hidup berbangsa dan bernegara. korupsi dapat terjadi dimana-mana/semua level. Dari uraian tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang vonis hakim Pengadilan Negeri Makassar pada perkara tindak pidana korupsi. Permasalahan yang timbul dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimanakah vonis hakim terhadap terjadinya tindak pidana korupsi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode peneltian hukum normatif dengan menganalisis data secara deskriptif-kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, vonis hakim sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap maraknya kasus tindak pidana korupsi, kasus tindak pidana korupsi semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. kedua, vonis hakim pada perkara tindak pidana korupsi, sangat dipengaruhi oleh tuntutan jaksa. Tuntutan jaksa dan vonis hakim sangat rendah, sehingga tidak memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku tindak pidana korupsi. The purpose of this research was to know and analyze the arrangements regarding the imposition of Final income tax on perpetrators of small medium enterprises according to the Government Regulation number. 46 the year 2013. This type of research is the study of the law normative approach to legislation. The results showed that according to article 2 paragraph (1) the Government Regulation Number 46 the Year 2013 mentioned businessmen who generate income that does not exceed Rp 4.8 Billion in future tax levied a tax of 1% of the total circulation gross (revenue) per month. But in fact, the imposition of a tax of 1% for small medium enterprises whose income Rp Rp-300jt 4, 8 m is not carried out effectively. \u0000Pajak merupakan sektor terpenting bagi negara dalam rangka pembangunan nasional. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun 2013 tentang Pajak Penghasilan dari Usaha yang diterima atau diperoleh wajib pajak yang memiliki peredaran bruto tertentu membuat khawatir dan ketakutan pelaku usaha kecil yang sedang merintis usahanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaturan mengenai pengenaan PPh Final pada Pelaku UMKM menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor. 46 Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Penerapan tarif 1% dari pendapatan bagi Pelaku UMKM tidak bisa dipahami kecil, mengingat Pendapatan ini dihitung bukan dari hasil keuntungan, karena tidak bisa dijamin jika berpendapatan besar maka pasti keuntungannya besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Menurut Pasal 2 ayat (1) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun 2013 disebutkan pelaku usaha yang menghasilkan pendapatan yang tidak melebihi Rp. 4,8 Miliar dalam satu masa pajak dikenakan pajak sebesar 1% dari jumlah peredaran bruto (pendapatan) setiap bulan. Namun pada kenyataannya, pembebanan pajak 1% bagi UMKM yang berpendapatan Rp. 300jt-Rp. 4,8M tidak terlaksana secara efektif. Conditions further strengthen the assumption that Indonesia is indeed in an emergency of sexual violence. Harmonizing national laws to protect children online with international standards is key to providing the right tools for law enforcement in dealing with child sex crimes. Furthermore, it raises problems on how criminal liability of technology companies for traffic accidents and how law enforcement practice. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the criminal liability of technology companies for traffic accident by online motorcycle taxi drivers and for criticizing law enforcement. Normative research methods will be used to answer the problem. There are two approaches to assess the problem, namely case approach the and law approach. The conclusion is that technology companies can be criminally accounted for by the vicarious liability perspective and the Road Traffic and Transportation Act. \u0000Undang-Undang No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan (UULLAJ) memunculkan perspektif dalam hukum pidana menyangkut pertanggungjawaban pidana bagi perusahaan angkutan umum. Selanjutnya memunculkan permasalahan mengenai bagaimana pertanggungjawaban pidana perusahaan teknologi atas tindak pidana kecelakaan lalu lintas dan bagaimana praktek penegakan hukumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan mengenai pertanggungjawaban pidana perusahaan teknologi atas tindak pidana kecelakaan lalu lintas oleh pengemudi ojek online dan untuk mengkritisi penegakan hukumnya. Metode penelitian normatif yang akan digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan ini. Terdapat dua pendekatan untuk mengkaji permasalahan ini yaitu pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan undang-undang. The problem examined is how the position of the notary as a witness is related to the deed or letter under the hand made by him to the judicial process. The aim is finding out how the position of the Notary a witness is related to the deed or letter under his hand made against the judicial process. The results his research were the position of the notary a witness related to the deed he made based on the Notary Position Law resulting in legal proceedings being hampered due to waiting for permission from the Honorary Board of Notaries. Setelah keluarnya Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 , pemanggilan notaris oleh aparat hukum ada izin dari MKN yang menimbulkan diskriminasi hukum. Permasalahannya yang dikaji adalah Bagaimanakah kedudukan notaris sebagai saksi terkait dengan akta atau surat dibawah tangan yang dibuatnya terhadap proses peradilan. Tujuannya adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedudukan Notaris sebagai saksi terkait dengan akta atau surat dibawah tangan yang dibuatnya terhadap proses peradilan. Hasil penelitiannya adalah kedudukan notaries sebagai saksi terkait dengan akta yang dibuatnya berdasarkan Undang-Undan Jabatan Notaris mengakibatkan proses hukum terhambat akibat menunggu izin dari Majelis Kehormatan Notaris. That decision was causing a certain implication that important to study. This research was aimed to discuss implication of those decisions on the position of land owned by desa pakraman in Bali. This research was carried out through a normative legal study method with using statute approach, conceptual approach, and historical approach. On behalfs of discussion of a problem, this research use source on a form of legal material (primary and secondary) and non-legal material. After going through discussion and analysis, finally, it can be concluded that the Minister’s Decision above can have both positive and negative implication on the position of desa pakraman’s land in Bali. The positive implication has happened because that decision can give legal certainty and certainty of right on a position of desa pakraman’s land (tanah druwe desa). On the flipside, the application of that Minister’s Decision can have negative implication if desa pakraman’s lands that were been given to a member of desa pakraman (krama desa), which were tanah pekarangan desa and tanah ayahan desa, were registered as owned individually by the member of desa pakraman. \u0000Tahun 2017 Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan keputusan yang menunjuk desa pakraman di Provinsi Bali sebagai subyek hak pemilikan bersama (komunal) atas tanah. Keputusan Menteri itu menimbulkan implikasi tertentu yang penting diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas implikasi Keputusan Menteri di atas terhadap kedudukan tanah milik desa pakraman di Bali. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach), dan pendekatan historis (historical approach). Untuk kepentingan pembahasan masalah, dalam penelitian ini digunakan sumber-sumber penelitian berupa bahan hukum (primer dan sekunder) dan bahan-bahan non-hukum. Setelah melalui pembahasan dan analisis, akhirnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa Keputusan Menteri di atas dapat berimplikasi positif dan negatif terhadap kedudukan tanah milik desa pakraman di Bali. Implikasi positif terjadi karena Keputusan Menteri tersebut dapat memberikan kepastian hukum dan kepastian hak terhadap kedudukan tanah milik desa pakraman (tanah druwe desa). The indicator of the poor quality of regulation includes, among others, the large number of regulations requested for judicial review and effectiveness of the implementation of regulations. There are several regulatory issues in Indonesia today, including the existence of multiple interpretations; potential conflict; overlap, principle mismatch, weak implementation effectiveness, not harmonious/out of sync; inconsistent; create unnecessary burdens, both on the target group and the affected groups. Base on these regulatory conditions, regulatory reform is very important and urgent. Given this very basic regulatory issue, it is necessary to make improvements in the regulatory field from upstream to downstream which leads to quality, orderly and simple regulations known as regulatory reform. The purpose of the study is to examine regulatory reform in order to support Indonesia's national development. research is done by doing literature research, or commonly known as the literature study. The Study shows that in order for a regulation to be good, it must fulfill several principles, namely: good norm, good process, and good drafting. Regulatory reform implementation is carried out through a) simplification of existing regulations; b) reconceptualization of the procedures for establishing regulations; c) institutional restructuring of regulation formation; and d) strengthening/empowering human resources with integrity. This type of research is normative law research. The results of the study indicate that the nature of the right of Recall by political parties to the membership of the People's Legislative Assembly is that political party members who sit in parliamentary seats remain supervised by political parties as political organizations that carry on the democratic stage in order to be submissive and obedient to party policies even if they are against the spirit struggle of the people's representatives. The right of a political party's recall is not in accordance with the principles of a democratic state, if the reason for recalling the membership of the House of Representatives is only limited to members of the House of Representatives who violate the Articles of Association and Household Budget. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Hakikat hak recall partai politik terhadap keanggotaan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat; hak recall terhadap anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat oleh partai politik apakah telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip negara demokrasi yang berdasarkan hukum; konsekuensi yuridis hak recall apabila tetap berada di tangan partai politik. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hakikat Hak Recall oleh partai politik terhadap keanggotaan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat adalah agar anggota partai politik yang duduk di kursi parlemen tetap diawasi oleh partai politik sebagai organisasi politik yang mengusung dalam pentas demokrasi agar tunduk dan patuh terhadap kebijakan partai sekalipun bertentangan dengan semangat perjuangan wakil rakyat. The border region has a strategic role as the main gateway of a country and representation of political, economic, socio-cultural, defense and security aspects. Social and economic problems that are often faced in the border areas of Indonesia-Malaysia. The research aims to analyze defense management policies and the impact of its policies in the Indonesia-Malaysia border region. The research method used is normative juridical and the data used is secondary data with qualitative analysis. The results of this study that: First, the last decade since the reform era, the state is seriously trying to strengthen defense as one of the important elements to safeguard the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The efforts are made through various methods such as formal, institutional and practical legal. The approach used in the country's defense and security concept in the border region is through Sishankamrata. Second, Second, the defense policies to safeguard national sovereignty at the border in its implementation have a number of obstacles, as limited infrastructure, length of state borders, limited security personnel, and overlapping authority between institutions and ministries in managing border areas. \u0000Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan terbesar yang memiliki beberapa daerah perbatasan, salah satunya dengan Malaysia. Wilayah perbatasan memiliki peran strategis sebagai pintu gerbang utama dari suatu negara dan representasi dari aspek politik, ekonomi, sosial budaya, pertahanan dan keamanan. Permasalahan sosial dan ekonomi yang sering dihadapi di daerah perbatasan Indonesia dan Malaysia. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pengelolaan pertahanan dan dampak kebijakannya di wilayah perbatasan Indonesia-Malaysia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan analisa kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa: Pertama, dekade terakhir sejak era reformasi, negara serius berupaya memperkuat pertahanan sebagai salah satu elemen penting untuk menjaga kedaulatan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Upaya yang dilakukan melalui beragam cara seperti legal formal, institusional, dan praktis. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam konsep pertahanan keamanan negara di wilayah perbatasan adalah melalui Sishankamrata.
