Teknologi ini bekerja dengan jalan merubah suara menjadi format data digital tertentu yang dikirimkan melalui jaringan IP (Internet Protocol), yang bisa berupa jaringan internet atau intranet. VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) sangat memungkinkan terus berkembang dan dapat diaplikasikan dalam masyarakat mengingat pada saat ini internet telah berkembang luas di masyarakat, sehingga untuk mengaplikasikannya tidaklah terlalu sulit. Bentuk paling sederhana dalam sistem VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) adalah dua buah komputer terhubung dengan internet. Syarat-syarat dasar untuk mengadakan koneksi VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) adalah komputer yang terhubung dalam satu jaringan internet, mempunyai kartu suara yang dihubungkan dengan speaker dan microphone. Penggunaan computer menjadi sangat penting untuk menunjang berbagai kegiatan dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya praktikum pada mata pelajaran fisika. Namun kenyataannya, tidak sedikit sekolah di Indonesia khususnya Sumatera Selatan mengalami pemerataan dibidang pendidikan. Ada banyak sekolah yang masih belum memiliki fasilitas yang mendukung. Di beberapa situasi, kegiatan praktikumyang dilakukan menjadi terbatas dan sangat tidak maksimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dibuat Media Pembelajaran 3 dimensi pada Praktikum Fisika untuk Siswa SMA berbasis Virtual Reality dengan menggunakan aplikasi Blender untuk proses Modelling serta aplikasi Verge3D dan Visual Studio Code untuk proses Coding. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa website yang dijalankan melalui perangkat virtual reality. Multimedia 3 Dimensi berbasis Virtual Reality ini mampu menampilkan virtualisasi 3 dimensi terhadap Praktikum Fisika untuk Siswa SMA, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran mengenai Mata Pelajaran Praktikum Fisika di sekolah.Media Pembelajaran 3D (3 Dimensi) pada Praktikum Fisika untuk Siswa SMA yang memberikan output berupa animasi 3D yang dapat diakses melalui Website Interactive. Pusri menggunakan dua tipe Load cell, yaitu tipe-S dan tipe-Shearbeam. Dikarenakan penggunaan mesin ini secara terus menerus dan faktor usia, sehingga mesin mengalami keausan yang ditandai dengan sering munculnya masalah hasil pengantongan pupuk. Setelah dilakukan penimbangan hasilnya memiliki perbedaan/simpangan keluaran berupa Tegangan (Volt) atau berat (Kg) penunjukan yang tidak stabil. Berdasarkan data laporan bulanan, Load cell tipe S lebih sering mengalami masalah dari pada load cell tipe-Shearbeam. Dari hasil studi yang telah dilakukan, Load cell tipe-S memiliki simpangan output terbesar yaitu 18,7% atau setara 7,48 Kg, sedangkan load cell tipe-Shearbeam tidak ada simpangan outputnya (0% atau setara 0 Kg). Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi ketidakstabilan pada mesin Pengantongan di Bagging Scale Area 6858 B disarankan Load Cell tipe-S diganti tipe-Shearbeam. If this phenomenon is left for a long time, it will disrupt the process of distributing electricity, even stopping the process of distributing electricity. Partial discharge testing can be tested in 2 ways, namely conventional using coupling and conventional using electromagnetic methods, optical methods, acoustic methods, and chemical methods. Moisture testing in part in this study uses a non-conventional method with the electromagnetic method. The electromagnetic method used is the Rogowski Coil with ferrite and non-ferrite cores. Each Rogowski Coil core has an inner diameter of 1.2 cm, an outer diameter of 2.5 cm, a height of 2.5 cm and a total of 10 turns. The results of the partial sweat test show that the non-ferrite core Rogowski Coil responds faster than the ferrite core Rogowski Coil. Satelit LEO memiliki keunggulan berupa delay propagasi yang rendah, daya transmisi yang rendah sehingga cocok untuk aplikasi komunikasi, untuk itu dibuat rancang bangun sistem konstelasi satelit LEO untuk cakupan yang kepadatan penduduknya (user density) 10 – 1000 jiwa/km² dengan tujuan mengevaluasi cakupan daerah yang ada di Indonesia dengan efektif dan mengevaluasi pemerataan kebutuhan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Electrode implantation is one of the factors to get a small grounding resistance value. This study aims to determine the effect of soil conditions on the value of grounding resistance at the foot of the Menara. By using the three-point method on three types of soil conditions at 6 feet Menara, the lowest grounding value is 5.12 ohms in the swamp area at Menara 10 location. The highest grounding resistance in the garden area is 8.32 ohm at Menara 66 location. All values the grounding resistance is in good condition and does not exceed the 150 Kilo Volt high voltage overhead line grounding standard, which is 10 ohms. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the soil conditions where the electrodes are implanted affect the grounding value ABSTRAKSistem pentanahan dimaksudkan untuk memastikan bahwa baik peralatan listrik maupun orang-orang disekitarnya dalam kondisi yang aman dari gangguan arus lebih dengan cara mentransfer arus gangguan ke bumi. Penanaman elektroda merupakan salah satu faktor untuk mendapatkan nilai hambatan pentanahan yang kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi tanah terhadap nilai tahanan pentanahan pada kaki Menara SUTT. Dengan menggunakan metode tiga titik pada tiga jenis kondisi tanah pada 6 kaki Menara, didapatkan nilai pentanahan terendah sebesar 5,12 ohm di daerah rawa pada lokasi Menara 10. Hambatan pembumpentanahan tertinggi di daerah kebun yaitu 8,32 ohm pada lokasi Menara 66. Semua nilai tahanan pentanahan dalam keadaan baik dan tidak melebihi standar pentanahan saluran udara tegangan tinggi 150 Kilo Volt yaitu sebesar 10 ohm. One of the government's efforts to reduce the use of fuel oil is to use oil fuel with the consideration that natural gas is more effective and efficient, its use is more practical and its emissions are more environmentally friendly when compared to solar power. (Harumsari, 2012). From these problems arose the idea of calculating the efficiency between a diesel-fired power plant (PLTD) and a gas engine power plant (PLTMG) powered by LNG (Liquedfied Natural Gas) and the resulting emission measurement results. This increasing need has not been matched by the supply of energy. Currently, the main supply of energy comes from non-renewable fossils. To maintain energy reselliance, it is necessary to find alternative energy sources, one of which comes from solar energy. In this research, a parabolic solar cooker was made using autodesk and then tested the prototype solar cooker without additional mirrors, one additional mirror, and two mirrors. At the end of the study an analysis was carried out. The energy efficiency results obtained on a parabolic type solar stove without the addition of a flat mirror is 3.19% with an average stove power of 22.33 watts. The portable hybrid on grid system PV-PLN-Generator has the ability to combine a power source from PLN with alternative sources of electricity from solar panels and generators, this system was applied in this study by adding a portable system, so that it can be carried and moved easily from opposite locations of river. The ouput power of one solar panel is about 20-25 W, so it takes 6-7 solar panels to be used with load 70 Watt for 12 hours.
