Nowadays almost all parts of the worlds are currently facing a covid-19 pandemic whose spread is truly massive and rapid. The impact of the Covid - 19 pandemic was extraordinary and had an effect on various aspects of human life. The covid-19 pandemic directly or indirectly affect on many sectors namely healthcare system, economics, social and education as well. With the occurrence of these events, the government through the Ministry of Education issued a policy, that learning activities carried out at home or learning is carried out remotely, this applies from the start of primary and secondary education. With this policy, it is hoped to break the chain of spread of the Covid - 19 virus among people. With the responsibility as an educator who is at the forefront of the learning process, many teachers executed the implementation of teaching and learning activities which carried out online through online system. There are several application options that are used to support learning, one of which is using Google classroom. This paper discussed the process of planning, implementation, evaluation of distance learning. Google Classroom Usage Assessment System was carried out after students submit the assignments, which carried out directly using the assessment content in the Google Classroom application. Posttest done by the student was then immediately corrected by the teacher with an average grade of 73.35. If seen from the average number it is indeed above the minimum completeness criteria (CCM), which is 73.00. After the whole value which includes the final cognitive value,the observation value of student activity, the value of the structured assignment, and the posttest was processed, the final grade is obtained. The result showed 20 students or 95.00% completed the final grade. The average cognitive value of the final grade achieved is 77.46.","PeriodicalId":307157,"journal":{"name":"Annual International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities (AICOSH 2020)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115220676","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nevertheless, the young generation is enthusiastic about digital technology. The paradox of internet use in young and older generations has a different meaning as it widens the digital literacy gap. This study aimed to explore digital monitoring on the experiences of 123 participants. They were divided into four focus groups based on the stages of family development i.e. a group of single and new couples ( n = 54), a group of families with children aged 0-6 years ( n = 24), a group of families with children aged 7-11 years ( n = 26), and a group of families with children over 11 years old ( n = 29). There were 17 participants actively giving their thoughts, feelings, and experiences to focus group discussions within two hours of conversations. Using the Grounded Theory method and MAXQDA assistance of the 2018 version, we categorized themes based on 571 code systems. The topics discussed were digital monitoring strategies, digital paradoxes, digital parenting, role synergy, experiential learning supported digitally, and privacy. The contribution of this research to digital monitoring theories is the exploration of participants' contextual experiences.","PeriodicalId":307157,"journal":{"name":"Annual International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities (AICOSH 2020)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129738264","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Young farmers are expected to be able to apply entrepreneurial behavior, but most are still subsistent. Through the role of young farmers groups, it is expected that entrepreneurial behavior can be formed so that it can change the subsistence farming model into business-oriented agriculture. Horticultural agriculture is an attractive agricultural sector to study because it has characteristics that are full of high risk of loss and price uncertainty. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of personal characteristics of young farmers which include sex, education level, and length of business on entrepreneurial behavior, the effect of the group's role on entrepreneurial behavior, and the effect of the characteristics of young farmers and the group's role together on entrepreneurial behavior. Data collection was done by a closed questionnaire through a quantitative approach. The research location was in the horticultural center of Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. Random sampling method was employed and 300 were obtained. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis. Factors affecting entrepreneurial behavior (Y) include sex (X1), the education level (X2), length of business (X3), and group role (X4) all influencing entrepreneurial behavior indicated by R 2 = 31.3%, F = 33,599 , at p ≤0.05. The role of groups has a positive effect, the length of effort has a negative effect, while sex and education level do not affect entrepreneurial behavior (p≤0.05). Groups are a useful tool in the process of social learning among young farmers. The government is expected to facilitate further young farmers who are just starting a business with group-based business training and assistance to improve entrepreneurial behavior so that they become successful young farmer.","PeriodicalId":307157,"journal":{"name":"Annual International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities (AICOSH 2020)","volume":"39 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125739206","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Gender equality that has been pursued through programs to empower women with the main aspects of economic income (in addition to education, health and political control) is in the dynamics of the strategic level. Based on a qualitative study of informants determined purposively as many as ten (10) female students in the college indicate that the perception of their social roles is progressive – “a new meaning” of traditional gender roles. The informant's subjectivity dominates the perception of their social role. With the method of critical interpretative analysis (phenomenology), through indepth interviews the informant does not prioritize economic aspects as a source of selfempowerment in his gender relations with men (husbands). Their discursive awareness determines the position of economic factors not as primary but under their traditional gender role which is educating and caring for children and the comfort of the household. Self-actualization is considered to be realized by more flexible ways of adjusting the role of the household. The role of educating and caring for these children is determined to consciously estimate and calculate the logical consequences. This paper encourages the need to increase and strengthen autonomy as a strategic criterion for Gender Equality policies. The principle of autonomy shows the high level of subjectivity and affection of women for their social (gender) roles, and the potential for democratic relations between men and women, the potential for gender equality.
