It accelerates the country's progress in all areas of national activity. Despite the fact that we have several rules and policies relating to the Right to Education, we have yet to accomplish this right as a developmental right, “as our constitution architects intended for it to be implemented over a period of time. The aim has not been met since independence, as evidenced by educational backwardness and poverty, particularly among some sectors of the community who have endured social discrimination. The educational system does not operate in a vacuum from the society in which it is embedded. Children's access to school and engagement in the learning process are heavily influenced by unequal social, economic, and power relationships. The differences in school access and attainment between different social and economic classes in India are evidence of this .This paper aims to mention the various laws and rights in India related to the education of child beggars.","PeriodicalId":306740,"journal":{"name":"Dogo Rangsang Research Journal","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133870126","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By installing an actuator in the vehicle that is managed by the software that verifies the legitimacy of all the documents, we intend to achieve this. The car will not operate if any of these documents are expired and must be renewed or replaced. The program will offer an emergency alternative that can be utilized in urgent situations, but it will only work a certain number of times to prevent it from being used as a backdoor to renew the necessary documents.","PeriodicalId":306740,"journal":{"name":"Dogo Rangsang Research Journal","volume":"49 10","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113970917","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Structures or components may occasionally be overloaded, which results in increased cracking and decreased stiffness/strength. The repair and retrofitting of RC structural components can be handled using a number of well-liked procedures, including externally bonded steel plates, concrete jacketing, fiber-reinforced laminates or sheets, external pre-stressing, and external bar reinforcement techniques. Because to a significant mismatch in the tensile strength and stiffness of that material, strengthening employing CFRP has recently been found to be susceptible to unfavourable brittle failures. These restrictions are essential for selecting the right technology and material for strengthening. Each method or retrofit material has advantages and disadvantages of its own. Low strength to weight ratios, compatibility challenges between the parent and repair materials, corrosion and durability problems, and failure modes are the main drawbacks of these techniques.","PeriodicalId":306740,"journal":{"name":"Dogo Rangsang Research Journal","volume":"136 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122775032","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The infrared images, electroluminescent images, and photo luminescent images of the photo voltaic modules have been used to detect and classify the faults. The infrared data set is used for classification and it is highly imbalanced. To make it balanced, generative adversarial networks are used to generate images for each fault category. If the fault classification is done using a convolution neural network, the feature maps are generated by convolution operation with filters on images. The convolution neural network model is to be trained for 1000 epochs and the time required for training is greater than 24 hours. The computational cost of a convolution neural network (CNN) is reduced in transformers through the attention mechanism. The Swin (shifted window) transformers which are used for classification as to be trained for 40 epochs and the maximum training time is less than 6 hours. The computation time, categorical classification accuracy, and top-5-accuracy obtained using Swin classifier are compared with the existing methods. It is found that the computational cost is very much reduced by the Swin transformer and top-5-accuracy of 99.04% is obtained by it while classifying 11 faults of IR images.","PeriodicalId":306740,"journal":{"name":"Dogo Rangsang Research Journal","volume":"238 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132730422","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (\"IBC\") was proclaimed with a goal to unite and change the regulations connecting with the redesign and bankruptcy goal of corporate people, organization firms, and people in a period-bound way. IBC has gone through numerous revisions since its proclamation and different inquiries have been addressed by the Hon'ble High Court in this way welcoming clarity on the arrangements of IBC. It has been over and over explained that IBC is focused on expanding the corporate people's worth of resources, adjusting the interests of the multitude of partners and that it's anything but a course of recuperation. Likewise, the statute on different parts of the IBC is developing as we compose this and continue to compose increasingly more on IBC.","PeriodicalId":306740,"journal":{"name":"Dogo Rangsang Research Journal","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116478356","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because high- end gadgets, battery-operated portable pads, and other communication tools are in high demand. Memories are made up of static RAM and dynamic RAM. SRAM has had a significant impact on the worldwide VLSI market sinceit is preferred over DRAM because to its rapid read and write access times. Using a 6T static random access memory cell, this study's novel approach to lowering leakage current at various technologies has been put forth. To reduce the 6T SRAM cell leaking power, three source biasing techniques are used. At 45 nanometer and 90 nm technology nodes, the three techniques are NMOS diode clamping, PMOS diode clamping, and NMOS-PMOS diode clamping. The implementation of a 6T SRAM cell using the Multiple Threshold CMOS (MTCMOS) technique at 45nm technology is also emphasised in this article. Using the cadence virtuoso tool, the simulation is completed and different power dissipations are examined for 45 nm and 90 nm technologies, respectively, at supply voltages of 0.45 V and 0.9 V. Comparing PMOS clamping to the other two suggested techniques, an average power reduction of 82.19% was observed.","PeriodicalId":306740,"journal":{"name":"Dogo Rangsang Research Journal","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124856001","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through objections against the inquisitorial and blatantly unfair techniques employed to question suspects in the mediaeval times in England, the right gradually developed in common law. One of the cornerstones of the British System of Criminal Law was \"no person shall be compelled in any case to be a witness against himself,\" which the United States of America adopted and included in their Constitution. This principle was later incorporated into the Indian Constitution under Article 20(3). The Constitution (Fourty-fourth Amendment) Act of 1978 gave Article 20 of the Indian Constitution non-derogable status. This means that under no circumstances, not even in an emergency, can the state fail to protect this right. “This exemplifies the importance that our Constitution has placed on it. Throughout the early years of our Constitution, there has been considerable misunderstanding over what evidence is protected, and there has appeared to be a conflict between Article 20(3) and the provisions of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. be a witness against himself and thereafter under Article 20 of the Indian Constitution.” 1 The Apex Court received these judgments and referred them to an eleven-judge panel after clubbing them.","PeriodicalId":306740,"journal":{"name":"Dogo Rangsang Research Journal","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121892848","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
