The educational system does not operate in a vacuum from the society in which it is embedded. Children's access to school and engagement in the learning process are heavily influenced by unequal social, economic, and power relationships. Abstract

Education is crucial in the transformation of a civilization into a civilized country. It accelerates the country's progress in all areas of national activity. Despite the fact that we have several rules and policies relating to the Right to Education, we have yet to accomplish this right as a developmental right, “as our constitution architects intended for it to be implemented over a period of time.
