The emergence of legal status and rights of the LGBTQIA community has been mainly derived from the precedence and doctrines followed in the highest courts of the United States and its consequences can be seen in alleviating the conditions of the community all over the world. The experience of having an exclusive or nearly exclusive erotic preference for people of the same sex in fantasies and, typically, through the realisation of sexual intimacy with people of the same sex, is referred to as \"homosexuality.\" It can be thought of in terms of identity, behaviour, and desire. The emotional reaction to same-sex attraction is homosexual desire. When people who are the same sex interact sexually, it is considered homosexual behaviour. The assumption of a self-label known as \"homosexual identity\" signifies the recognition of the predominance of homosexual desire and behaviour in one's self-composition. Contrary to homosexual identity, homosexual orientation is an affective state that is largely characterised by samesex erotic desire that is uncontrollable and unaffected by historical or social construction. Homosexuals mainly fear to share their identities due to homophobia and discrimination that they will face. It appears to be related, directly or indirectly, to the preservation of the family unit and a better quality of life, while dissatisfaction with marriage has been found to lead to stress, anxiety, and even dissolution of the family unit. Effective communication plays a vital role in a couple’s marital life, especially in newlywed couples. It also has a key associated with marital quality among couples. The present study aims to assess marital communication and marital quality among couples in their early stage of marriage. We conducted a descriptive research study with newlywed couples who have completed their 6-month to 2 years of marriage. One hundred couples which include fifty females and fifty males were selected by using a simple random sampling method from the municipality area of Tezpur, Sonitpur. The written informed consent form was taken from the participants who fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Semi-structured socio-demographic datasheet, modified kuppuswamy scale, marital quality scale, and marital communication inventory were administered. Data were analyzed using the software SPSS 25.0. The findings of the current study showed that the domains of marital quality are significantly positively correlated with marital communication inventory, moreover the other subscale like rejection, discontent, dissolution, potential, and dominance also showed a positive correlation with marital communication inventory. Marital communication has a greater contribution to marital quality and the pattern of communication is also a contribution to couples day to day life. These light, thin-walled structures can vibrate ferociously and are sensitive to even the smallest disturbances. So, the main goal of this work is to improve sandwich panels' static and dynamic behaviour by investigating various face sheets and core materials. Studies on carbon-based polymer nanocomposite are currently generating more interest because to its favourable thermal, electric, magnetic, and structural characteristics. In this study, functionally graded carbon nanotube reinforced polymer composite faces with a 3D graphene foam core and functionally graded carbon nanotube reinforced polymer composite faces were all used to make the sandwich panels. Also, the thermal stresses created in this structure when these panels are exposed to a thermal environment have a significant impact on the dynamic behaviour. Hence, the honeycomb core and polymer composite sandwich panels with reinforced FG-CNT face sheets are examined in various thermal environments. In 1956, a new industrial policy resolution notified that arms and ammunition industries will be limited to public sectors only. After 1990, due to globalization, India opened it door for international trade and business and a new age of liberalization and privatization has been started. Many International companies have started to investment in Indian defence industries after globalization. Entering into manufacturing the defence equipment was very tough before globalization as obtaining an Industrial License was not easy to private sector companies. ). Indian government thought that more investment can be attracted if government liberalize and simplify the FDI polices in defense sector, so government increased the FDI limit in automatic route from 26% to 49 %. Opening the doors of defence sector to private sector was historic event which change the private sector as well as defence sector. Many numbers of agreements has been successfully attained by private sector. Type ‘make’ equipments became possible as it was rare during age public sector industries. Many big projects have been completed during last few years in time at low cost.
