The government departments such as the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission have continuously introduced relevant policies to improve the quality of listed companies from the top-level design. The key to improve the quality of listed companies is to improve the financial quality of enterprises. Most of the existing research on financial quality focuses on the analysis (method) and evaluation of financial quality of enterprises, and particular attention are paid to the quality of individual assets and the quality of earnings. With the continuous development of information technology, financial quality should contain a more comprehensive connotation in today's era of pursuing fairness and efficiency. Although there is no lack of research on corporate financial relations and its essential impact on corporate performance, this paper innovatively proposes to incorporate financial relationship quality as an important component into financial quality research. This paper attempts to provide some ideas for enterprises to explore ways to improve financial quality from the aspects of financial information quality, financial activity quality and financial relationship quality, which could provide reference value for enterprise practice and enrich financial quality research. Education poverty is the key reason for poverty alleviation and poverty-returning in ethnic areas. After the rural revitalization strategy is put forward, it can be seen that there is a great correlation between the poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy from the literal expression. This paper seeks for the symbiosis points by rationalizing the interest subjects, education poverty alleviation theory and rural revitalization strategy in the process of education poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in ethnic areas. Through the combing research of the relevant policy texts of the representative Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, this paper plans to find out the intrinsic link between education poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in ethnic areas, and clarify the commonalities and possible combinations of education poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy in ethnic areas to construct a rural symbiosis development model in ethnic areas, and to clarify the concrete form of the combination of education poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy in the symbiosis pattern of ethnic areas. By using the method of random sampling, the college students in a university in Chengdu were selected as the objects of intervention, and 562 valid questionnaires were sent out, 562 valid questionnaires in the base line survey and 562 valid questionnaires in the final survey. AIDS health education was carried out by means of volunteer propaganda, peer education and special lectures on AIDS prevention. The results show that the awareness rate of AIDS transmission, cognition and life skills among college students has been improved. The awareness rate of the transmission route of the disease was higher, but the awareness rate of the non-transmission route of AIDS was low, and the awareness rate of AIDS testing was the highest, which were 41.81% and 96.44% respectively before and after intervention. On the whole, college students' understanding of AIDS knowledge and AIDS prevention life skills is low, and the knowledge structure is more one-sided.
