Demographic processes can be assessed by country, region and district. In this regard, demographic surveys can be conducted at the state, regional and individual levels. The implementation of an effective demographic policy in the country is an integral part of the e-government system. The article is devoted to the analysis of demographic characteristics based on the data of social network users. The spread of the Internet and digital technologies has created new opportunities for demographic research. To this end, the article analyzes demography as a field of multidisciplinary research and shows the importance of data collected in social networks for demographic research. This includes the use of data collected in the analytical systems of social networking services as a new source of information for demographic research. The article discusses foreign experience and current scientific and practical studies in the field of electronic demography, identifies current areas of research and analyzes their state-of-the-art. This article examines this issue, proposes the implementation of two distinct real-time face detection algorithms, and presents a comprehensive architectural design. Used methods include Haar Cascades which is known as Viola-Jones algorithm, and Histogram of Oriented Gradients + Linear Support Vector Machines algorithm. The algorithms are implemented with the help of the OpenCV and Dlib libraries, and the Python programming language was used to build the face detection system. The OpenCV and Dlib libraries include a large number of built-in packages that assist with face detection and conduct face operations separately, resulting in reduced processing time and increased efficiency overall. The results confirm that both methods can detect faces in real time with acceptable accuracy and computation time but there are several differences. The study of the proposed approaches, methods and technical tools aimed at reducing the impact of the human factor on flight safety shows the insufficient effectiveness of available methodological tools in eliminating the “suddenly arising” unreliability of aviation personnel. This situation necessitates the development of an aircraft control system, taking into account the characteristics of all its components and the creation of a virtual pilot assistant interacting with the avionics system. The article discusses various aspects of the interaction of the pilot with the avionics system. It presents the concept of creating a virtual assistant to the pilot in his work on board using human-machine interfaces providing the possibility of observation, communication and flight control. Software testing is time-consuming and expensive. It aims at validating software functional and non-functional requirements, including software performance. During the test stages, first, it is specified whether software elements perform their tasks accurately and create correct output. While in software testing at the program code level, we can text all circles and lines of program and conditional parts of the program while there needs data in these tests which can test all these cases and cold pass the program lines with the most coating that is one of the most challenging problems in this type of software tests. Therefore, Imperialist Competitive Algorithm, an advanced algorithm, is considered for producing optimal test data for finding errors in programs. At the same time, according to market research data from leading foreign companies, the rapidly developing market for civil and commercial use of drones has the greatest growth potential. Therefore, drone legislation is developing rapidly and is being improved every year. However, now it has come to a state of relative stability, allowing us to assert those general rules that will apply for a long time. The proper implementation of laws on the usage of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones, is proposed for the successful innovation and development of infrastructure and agriculture in the Republic of Azerbaijan. In order to improve the efficiency of the public administration process during the formation of the information society, one of the most important tasks to be performed by the government organizations is the correct assessment and prediction of citizens’ behavior and making the right decisions. The main goal of the intellectual analysis of behavior is to understand the logic of the activities of individuals and social groups. This article studies the international practice in intellectual analysis of behavior, examines the methods and algorithms used in this area, and identifies problems. Proposals are developed for the effective solution of questions on the intellectual analysis of behavior in the e-government environment. The approach we propose for intellectual analysis of behavior based on textual information consists of 4 levels: 1) primary processing, 2) document description, 3) classification of a set of documents into positive and negative classes, 4) determination of accuracy and completeness characteristics in classification. New distributed computing systems are required to handle a large data flow generated by the application of the Internet of Things and to ensure their efficient processing. Although cloud computing is an effective technology for processing and storing data generated in a networked environment, it has complications with the real time transmission of large amounts of data due to the low bandwidth of network. To speed up the data processing, fog computing systems have been widely used in recent years. Fog counting systems are one of the proposed solutions for working with IoT devices. Because it can meet the computing needs of multiple devices connected to the network. In these systems, the data is processed at computing nodes located near the data generating devices, which reduces the bandwidth complications of the network channel. In this regard, this article considers the application of fog computing technology in cyber-physical systems. It analyzes the fog technology architecture and its advantages over cloud computing. The relevance of formation and regulation of new directions of effective development of the economic environment with the widespread use of digital technologies is justified. Possibilities of formation and application of cryptocurrencies in economic processes are studied, their formation factors, essence, content and innovative features were included in the research process. The scientific-methodological bases of studying the impact of the application of electronic money on the economy and business process are explored. Operation characteristics of currencies and digital assets in the virtual economic environment are explained. Formation and development stages of digital currencies according to the market value are analyzed, the main features are mentioned. The process of conducting transactions using them is presented schematically. The operation mechanism of the utilization process of blockchain technology was created. The main elements of trading with cryptocurrency market are identified based on its structural scheme. Alongside Bitcoin, the features of other alternative cryptocurrencies are analyzed. Their comparative advantages, similarities and differences, application aspects are studied. The market capitalization of cryptocurrencies is demonstrated schematically. Complexity research is lacking deeper knowledge of the design methodology of processes that are capable to recreate the robustness, which is going to be studied on massive-parallel computations (MPCs) implemented by cellular automata (CA). A simple, two-state cellular automaton having an extremely simple updating rule, which was created by John H. Conway called the ’Game of Life’ (GoL) is applied to simulate and logic gate using emergents. This is followed by simulations of a robust, generalized GoL, which works with nine states instead of two, that is called R-GoL (open-source). extra states enable higher intercellular communication. The logic gate is simulated by the GoL. It is destroyed by injection of random faulty evaluations with even the smallest probability. The simulations of the R-GoL are initiated with random values. several types of emergent structures, which are robust to injection of random errors, are observed for different setups of the R-GoL rule. The GoL is not robust. The R-GoL is capable to create and maintain oscillating, emergent structures that are robust under constant injection of random, faulty evaluations with up to 1% of errors. In the paper, we can conclude: the customer's digital identifier is the main attribute when using technology platforms in the banking sector; the norms on personal data protection and information security requirements should apply to the customer's digital identifier; since the digital identifier is analogous to a passport, we can say that the digital identifier can contain more information about an individual and allows to participate in digital civil turnover.
