This study offers the application of cyber-physical geosystems to optimize and improve emergency medical care processes using geospatial information. Moreover, it presents the methodology of creating cyber-physical geosystems including the collection, analysis, monitoring and integration of geospatial data into medical information systems and the application of telemedicine. The main goal of cyber-physical geosystems is to increase the efficiency of patient care in emergency situations. Real-time monitoring of the patient in the ambulance by a doctor-expert is very important during the transportation of the patient from the scene of the incident or from the medical institution to the hospital equipped with modern equipment. Consequently, medical experts can give emergency doctors important instructions about the patient in time. This results in a reduction in response time in emergency situations and an improvement in the quality of medical care. This article discusses the importance, limitations, and advantages of using the technologies of cyber-physical geosystems in the context of modern emergency medical care. Correspondingly, it analyzes the advantages and limitations of the system, its expansion and improvement methods. The results of this study highlight the successful implementation of cyber-physical geosystems (CPGS) in different regions. This technology allows analysts to explore and navigate a multidimensional indicator structure called an online analytical processing cube (data cube). Indicators (measures) of data cube play an important role in the decision-making process. To solve certain problems, these measures often need to be classified or grouped. Moreover, empty measures are common in data cube. This fact negatively affects strategic decision making. Unfortunately, online analytical processing itself is not well suited for classifying, clustering, and predicting empty measures of data cube in the presence of large data. In this regard, today there is a need to use new technologies to solve such problems. Such technologies include neural networks. The article discusses the problem of integrating online analytical processing and a neural network, showing the possibilities and advantages of such integration. It mentions that in the case of big data, the integration of OLAP and neural networks is very effective in solving problems of classification, clustering and empty measure prediction of data cube. In the smart city concept, urban public transportation network studies are one of the most important issues. Afterthe 2000s, smart cards have been widely used in city public transportation systems. Using the data collected through the smart card, many models have been created in line with the smart city concept. In the literature, there are various optimal route recommendation models using urban public transportation network and city smart card data. In this study, some current models built on the basis of urban public transportation network and smart card data are discussed. The specifications of the models, their important differences, the topologies they use, optimization criteria, and computational complexities are analyzed. Dijkstra’s algorithm, which is widely used for the solution of optimal route recommendation models, and its various modifications are analysed. Additionally, various models developed by applying fuzzy logic are examined. Firstly, the main definition of hyperlinks is given. Then hypertext content on several local news websites is analyzed and hyperlink usage in local news websites in Azerbaijan is described through empirical study. A study of the top 5 local news websites shows that hyperlink usage is not so widespread among tested websites. Moreover, the main issue here is data even how wrong can be hyperlinks used. For example, most of the time we can go just to the same page, or to the homepage of the current website by clicking on the hyperlink. This is meaningless, and not an ethical approach to the audience as well. In addition, the article attempts to interpret an online academic survey conducted among local news website journalists to know their hypertext habits, skills, understandings, and so on. To delve into these dynamics, the article examines the case of the Azerbaijani language. The research is bifurcated into two key areas. The first addresses obstacles hindering the language from fully leveraging Information Communication Technologies capabilities, while the second explores limitations impeding Information Communication Technologies from effectively utilizing the language’s potential. Currently, smart sociotechnological infrastructures are applied in all spheres of life, from business and industry to healthcare and medical facilities. The implementation of these infrastructures creates new opportunities for the development of various fields. However, it causes a number of problems. The reasons for new information security problems arising from the characteristics of smart sociotechnological infrastructures may include the increase in the number of devices (the number of devices interacting with each other increases, which expands the potential attack plane), the complexity of integration (the integration of social and technological components leads to the creation of new vulnerabilities), data heterogeneity (where the processing and storage of various types of information, including confidential information, make them an attractive target for cybercriminals), the dynamism of the environment (smart socio-technological infrastructures are constantly evolving and adapting, which makes it difficult to ensure their security). This article examines information security problems of smart socio-technological infrastructures. New threats arising from the introduction of these infrastructures are classified. It will then be implemented to compare feature extraction methods that rely on discrete wavelet transforms. The discrete wavelet transform is superior to other signal processing techniques in several ways. Developing a feature set is a crucial step in using the discrete wavelet transform. Mean value and standard deviation are suggested as feature extraction techniques in this study. The mean value is the only option selected for the first feature extraction method; the mean value and standard deviation are selected for the second feature extraction method. To build any number of artificial signal sequences from a single, several conditions are taken into account, for example, their symmetry, they are supposed to be located at the same distance from each other, that is, with an equal step. One of the advantages of sensor technologies is that these smart objects have the ability to transmit information in time, provide availability and communicate in real time. Portable devices enable parents to get real-time information about school-age children’s behavior, education, location and physical activities, and in short, to track and monitor their children’s behavior. However, as the volume of data obtained through sensors increases, it becomes difficult for parents to analyze this data and requires protection mechanisms using intelligent technologies. Since the information collected in the database through portable devices is sensitive and informative, individuals or companies are interested in using this information for various purposes. The Children 4.0 concept proposed in this study is a comprehensive approach to ensuring the security of information collected in databases (medical information, location information, etc.) through a portable item (bracelet). The evaluation of the progress of e-government is carried out using a multi-practice methodology, which incorporates a variety of different procedures and techniques. The performance of Jordan is evaluated using the United Nations e-government maturity index, which is comprised of the Telecommunication Infrastructure Index, the Human Capital Index, and the Online Service Index. These indexes are used to compare Jordan’s performance from 2008 to 2015. The purpose of this research is to improve the capabilities of e-government by utilising previous experiences, addressing deficiencies, and making the most of potential. In addition to this, the study investigates the influence that artificial intelligence (AI) has on the confidence of users and the quality of government services that are delivered through online platforms.
