Our research integrates a hybrid acoustic modeling approach that combines Hidden Markov Model and Deep Neural Network to interpret the complexities of Azerbaijani acoustic patterns effectively. Recognizing the agglutinative nature of Azerbaijani, the ASR system employs a syllable-based n-gram model for language modeling, ensuring the system accurately captures the syntax and semantics of Azerbaijani speech. To enable real-time capabilities, we incorporate WebSocket technology, which facilitates efficient bidirectional communication between the client and server, necessary for processing streaming speech data instantly. The Kaldi and SRILM toolkits are used for the training of acoustic and language models, respectively, contributing to the system's robust performance and adaptability. We have conducted comprehensive experiments to test the effectiveness of our system, the results of which strongly corroborate the utility of the syllable-based subword modeling approach for Azerbaijani language recognition. Our proposed ASR system shows superior performance in terms of recognition accuracy and rapid response times, outperforming other systems tested on the same language data. One of the reasons for the formation of crowding is the lack of adequate transport infrastructure or when it works at the limit of its capabilities. However, in most cases, poor (ineffective) traffic management remains the main cause. Based on this premise, the importance and relevance of the tasks of strategic planning for the development of transport infrastructure and traffic management with the widespread use of digital technologies become obvious. The intelligent transport management center has been operating in Baku for a long time, but the city’s transport system needs effective smart measures. Therefore, for signals from different classes, the indicators of recognition quality by one method or another can differ significantly. There is a need to create a more balanced method capable of providing the necessary stability relative to the accuracy and reliability of the final results in the process of recognizing signals from various classes. As such signal recognition method, the article proposes to use an approach based on the combine using of weighted signal proximity criteria within the additive convolution. The importance of reducing waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling and reuse, and production is emphasized. The international experience on the development of the digital circular economy, various scientific trends and relevant related studies are analyzed. The structure of the integration of digital technologies into the circular economy is built. The introduction of new ICT technologies into the development of circular economy, such as the Internet of Things, machine learning, deep analytics, 3D printing, blockchain, etc. are explored. The integration model of Industry 4.0 and digital circular economy is schematically developed. The main structural elements of the digital circular economy with circular Industry 4.0 are presented. The article also studies the structural elements of the circular economy, such a business models, digital transformation, lifecycle management, resource efficiency, smart services, supply chain management, etc. It explores the ways to increase the sustainability of the digital circular economy through digital transformation technologies. The advent of such a field as electronic demography has become a precondition for the improvement of an electronic demographic system on the e-government platform. Demography is a multidisciplinary field of science, and along with other areas, it also includes linguistic demography. Therefore, in the electronic demographic system, along with other segments, there is a segment of linguistic demography. Each area in the data warehouse (DW) of the electronic demographic system has its own data mart (DM). This article highlights several complications in the formation of DM of linguistic demography. These complications are linked to the fact that linguists-researchers offer several approaches to the definitions of the notions of “language” and “dialect”. Moreover, when establishing a language indicator in a country, one of its three options can be approved - as a native language, as a language of everyday communication or as a language of use. In this regard, certain difficulties arise in the establishment of a segment of linguistic demography in the electronic demographic system. Energy generation and energy storage are two important elements in green energy systems. We select parabolic solar concentrators as instrument for energy generation and develop flat facet solar concentrators that approximate a parabolic shape surface. Not only the structure of solar concentrators is proposed, but also the structure of thermal energy storage is described and presented. Using our solar concentrators, small-scale thermal energy storage (TES), it is possible to make power plants for green buildings. Small solar power plants and the air dehumidification system based on solar concentrators have great practical potential, can provide all the energy needs of smart residential buildings in countries with a hot climate, regulate air humidity, improve agricultural productivity in mountainous areas, etc. We describe a small-scale TES and the heater based on a solar concentrator. Water can be used to transfer heat energy. Another variant of TES is based on grave. ICS’s cybersecurity is becoming one of the most important issues due to the significant damage caused by cyberattacks to organizations and society. This article analyzes the cybersecurity issues of ICS. In particular, an analysis of the main components and architectures of the ICS, security aspects of the ICS, vulnerabilities, and threats to the cybersecurity of the ICS, as well as measures and means to ensure the cybersecurity of the ICS, is carried out. The proposed method comprises teaching an intricate neural network using a comprehensive compilation of genuine and fake facial images. The structure of CNN includes several layers of convolution and pooling, which enable it to identify distinguishing features in the input images. Following its training, the model is employed to differentiate a presented facial image into either authentic or fraudulent. To determine the efficacy of the proposed technique, a standardized data set for identifying counterfeit or altered facial attributes was used. The suggested method presents various benefits compared to current techniques for detecting face spoofing. To start with, utilizing a deep CNN empowers the model to acquire complex and discerning characteristics from the input images, thus augmenting the precision of the categorization mission. Additionally, the suggested method is effective in terms of computational requirements, enabling its utilization in real-time scenarios. The proposed methodology is able to withstand a range of fraudulent tactics used on facial recognition systems, such as print and replay attacks. The findings from this study aid in the progression of face recognition technology by enhancing the accuracy and dependability of fraud detection systems. These improved systems have practical applications in security measures, biometric identification, and digital criminal investigations. The development of the capabilities of cloud technologies has been applied to solve problems in various fields of human activity, including the educational process. Cloud technologies enable students to actively participate in the preparation of educational content, modify learning methods, increase access to information resources (external memory, applications, educational materials, etc.). Clouds unify physical or virtualized resources in data centers and require less software and hardware. The goal of this research is to expand and use the possibilities of applying cloud technologies in the teaching process in higher education institutions. As a result of the conducted research, we determine didactic and information opportunities by using cloud services in the educational process. This article reviews scientific research conducted in the field of data mining and cloud technologies in the formation of educational content during the last decade.
