How to better allocate physical resources to virtual networks and ensure that the average failure rate of the network is minimized is the focus of the current network virtualization research field. Most of the existing research on multi-domain network environment aims to improve the resource utilization of the network, ignoring the generation of network fragmentation and the failure rate of nodes and links in the network, and does not consider the differences between each network domain. Based on the current research, we propose a virtual network mapping algorithm based on multilevel reliable ordering in multi-domain networks (MRS-VNE). First, we adopt a hierarchical collaborative multi-domain network mapping framework, then propose a multi-level reliable ordering of network domains and physical nodes, prioritize intra-domain virtual network mapping, and finally, adopt heuristic inter-domain virtual network mapping for VNRs that fail intra-domain mapping. At present, most of the models are trained based on character vector and word vector. Compared with traditional models, this method can fully consider the long and irregular language characteristics of daily chit-chat dialogues, and make full use of character and word fusion to improve the dialogue performance of the model. At the same time, the word embedding matrix trained by the pre-trained model is calculated to obtain the same dimension as the character embedding. Then, the character vector and word vector are fused, and the transformer model is used for dialogue training. In this paper, based on Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) criterion, a robust adaptive beamforming method of FDA with sidelobe canceller technique is proposed. Compared with method based Maximum Signal Noise Ratio (MSNR) criterion, the proposed method shows better stability and similar two-dimensional anti-jamming performance to MSNR criterion. The two proposed algorithms formulate the joint design of MMSE transceiver as a non-convex, multi-variable coupled optimization problem under power constraint. This problem is modeled using the Lagrange multiplier method, and the analytical solution is obtained by continuously updating the gradient through a generalized iterative method. This method achieves a specific design of subband-level precoding matrix that balances performance, computational complexity and feedback overhead. Additionally, this paper proposes the implementations of the above algorithms in terms of neural network structures. The deep learning-based precoding algorithm significantly reduces computation complexity compared to the traditional iterative algorithms. Furthermore, the robustness of our proposed implementation can be greatly improved by adjusting the network structure and training dataset, and its performance gain can be comparable to or even better than those of the iterative algorithms.
