However, traditional textile materials are usually insulating materials and do not directly form conductive yarns and smart wearable products. This paper focuses on the preparation methods of conductive yarns by coating, spinning, and in situ polymerization, and the application research progress in wearable strain sensors, wearable supercapacitors and wearable electric heating devices. Abstract

With the development of electronic information technology and people's pursuit of a convenient life, intelligent and flexible wearable electronics have received more and more attention, and have achieved relevant research results. Conductive yarn, as the most basic flexible conductive textile material, the conductive yarn is widely used in intelligent wearable products. However, traditional textile materials are usually insulating materials and do not directly form conductive yarns and smart wearable products. This paper focuses on the preparation methods of conductive yarns by coating, spinning, and in situ polymerization, and the application research progress in wearable strain sensors, wearable supercapacitors and wearable electric heating devices. 导电纱的制备及其在可穿戴电子产品中的应用研究
随着电子信息技术的发展和人们对便捷生活的追求,智能、灵活的可穿戴电子产品越来越受到人们的重视,并取得了相关的研究成果。导电纱作为最基本的柔性导电纺织材料,广泛应用于智能可穿戴产品中。但传统纺织材料通常是绝缘材料,不能直接形成导电纱线和智能可穿戴产品。重点介绍了导电纱的涂层、纺丝和原位聚合制备方法,以及在可穿戴应变传感器、可穿戴超级电容器和可穿戴电加热装置等方面的应用研究进展。此外,提出了可穿戴电子产品所需的便利性、舒适性、耐洗性和灵敏度,进一步优化导电纱线的柔性灵敏度和耐用性,纺织材料与导电材料相结合的方法是可穿戴柔性智能产品的主要发展方向。
