The original VGG has some shortcomings, if there are many network layers, it is difficult to train, and if there are few network layers, it is impossible to learn abundant features to meet the requirements of industrial production. In this paper, an improved VGG-based method was proposed for detecting surface defects on nylon yarn packages. A two-path network structure with 16 and 19 convolutional layers is designed to fuse the features learned by the earlier layers and the fused features will be inputted to the classifier to obtain the final output for defect category. To deal with the small sample size problem which affect to train the neural network effectively, we use data augmentation to process the photos of the input and transfer learning to initialize the model parameters. Due to its small units, large quantity and low value density, it is not easy to discover the related fragments for queries from a specific domain. To make better use of domain knowledges, this paper utilizes the entity co-occurrence relationship in domain to enhance base knowledge graph, followed by fusing the enhanced graph representations to obtain the entity-related knowledge representation via attention mechanism. By enhancing the base knowledge graph with frequency statistics of entity co-occurrence, the neighborhood information can be encoded into entity representations, thereby providing entity-related domain knowledge. We then linearly combine the entity representation with the pretrained representation of whole fragment texts and calculate the similarity between the resulted vectors to retrieve top-k related items for fragment information recommendation. In recent years, traffic accidents have occurred frequently, accounting for the highest death toll in China's workplace safety. According to statistics, in our country, the average number of people who died in traffic accidents always keeps at about one hundred thousand, countless families bear the pain and pain of parting loved ones. Road traffic accidents have become an extremely prominent problem that must be faced squarely. Ninety-three percent of road traffic accidents are caused by improper operation and immature driving technology. To solve this problem, in recent years, more and more scholars began to engage in the research of unmanned driving technology. This can greatly improve the safety of car driving, so as to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents to a certain extent, to avoid the occurrence of tragedy. This paper mainly describes and improves the target detection technology algorithm in unmanned driving, and proposes an improved NAM-SIOU yolov5 algorithm based on the yolov5 algorithm. The original yolov5 algorithm incorporates the NAM attention mechanism and uses a better SIOU loss function. The experimental results show that the mAP and accuracy rate of the improved algorithm is improved by about 1 percentage point, the accuracy is up to 94.6%, the recall rate is up to 94.2%, the detection time of single vehicle pedestrian road image on GPU is 15.2ms, the detection speed is increased by about 23% compared with the original algorithm, and the real-time detection speed is up to 43 frames/s. In this study, we design and implement a demonstration system of an FPGA-based reconfigurable multi-valued logic processor using the AX7020 development board. To demonstrate the system's capabilities, we develop a demonstration program based on embedded Linux and Qt, which includes a graphical user interface for a 1000-trit reconfigurable ternary logic processor, a 32-quit reconfigurable quaternary logic processor and a 64-bit MSD adder. The program runs on the ARM Cortex-A9 processor on the PS side of the development board, with human-machine interaction achieved through the AN970 7-inch LCD touch screen external to the PL side of the development board. We verify the reliability of the reconfigurable multi-valued logic electronic processor's hardware functions in the demonstration system through various means, including software simulation checking, automatic random tests and manual tests on the demonstration system. From online to offline, diversification usually be accompanied with problems that is how to inspect Learning effectiveness because of the traditional test and task point just have little limited effect. The second point is actually the detection of the content of courses. Through emotion recognition, it can accurately reflect whether knowledge points in the classroom is reasonable or not. The feedback from students can be detected through real-time data. The system is based on the keras deep learning framework and open CV source library to achieve emotion detection.
