摘要

雷达设备预测与健康管理(PHM)系统评价指标体系是雷达设备健康管理系统建设的基础,科学合理的指标体系建设有助于提高健康管理系统建设的质量。本文以雷达设备为研究对象,结合雷达设备系统的特点,采用树状分析技术对关键问题进行分析,提出了验证性评估的总体要求,构建了系统评估的初步指标体系,研究了评估指标的标准化和系统评估等级的分类。为雷达装备PHM系统评价指标体系的构建提供了方法上的参考。
