Their main designated area is low-noise analog ICs for operation at low temperatures, including cryogenic ones. The special circuit design for setting steady-state behavior of the DS and its parametric optimization in the LTspice environment provide a relatively high stability of the CJFet steady-state behavior of the input transistors in a wide temperature range. Scintillating properties of ZnO:In ceramic are discussed and compared with the ZnO:Ga ceramic and a commercial organic scintillator BC-400 under X-ray and heavy ion irradiation. Indium admixture allows obtaining the desired effect of quenching of the slow luminescence and enhancement of fast one through the creation of shallow donors. In2O3 doping is more effective than Ga2O3: the maximum of fast luminescence intensity is 1.7 times higher in ZnO:In ceramics. The effect of annealing on the scintillation properties of ceramics was also studied.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122445295","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specifically, this study has been carried out for a special case of NOM in broadcast environments, combining the technique Layered Division Multiplexing (LDM) with the DVB-S2X standard. The paper first defines the RRC discrete representation parameters and uses simulations to optimize their values. The goal is to minimize Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) and make the spectrum shape compliant with DVB-S2X spectral mask requirements. Simulations also show that it is possible to define parameters values of discrete RRC pulse to obtain Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) closer than 0.01 dB to the theoretical result for continuous pulse.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114872097","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The specific maximal output power of a Y-structure generator made up Pmax/S = 12.47 μW/mm2, the specific maximal output power of a П-structure made up Pmax/S = 4.54 μW/mm2. Multi-frequency signals are used in combination with a smoothed envelope in order to reduce the level of out-of-band emissions (OOBE). Simulation results show that, when additional subcarriers occupy 10% of bandwidth, PAPR reduction in average is equal to 1.25 dB, but spectral efficiency also decreases 1.1 times for the OFDM signals. In the case of SEFDM, with the advantage of having greater spectral efficiency, SEFDM signal can compensate for this drawback.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130099997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Fiber Bragg grating interrogator based on tunable light source was utilized in the experiments. Experimental results match qualitatively with theoretical dependences: parabolic-index core profile leads to significant decrease of interferometer sensitivity to laser frequency changes in comparison with step-index profile, while the sensitivity increases with the increase of multimode fiber length and with the number of excited modes. The use of widely-tuned scanning laser of the FBG interrogator enables to exclude the necessity of using long fibers that simplifies the experiments.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"193 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124881949","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
