They make it possible to choose the optimal type of lighting for the surgeon during operations on certain organs and systems. The study was aimed at experimental selection of lighting parameters for various organs in vivo in normal and pathological conditions using a controlled color-dynamic LED lamp. The results showed that specific spectral parameters of lighting are necessary for certain types of organs and tissues; color and light balance adjusting improves the contrast visualization of individual tissues relative to each other. This work is the initial stage of creation of a special atlas of light source parameters for visualization of organs and tissues during surgical interventions with the use of controlled color-dynamic surgical light source.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129347059","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The temperature dependences of the resistance of ZnO-SnO2 films, measured in the range from room temperature to 300 °C, showed the difference between the heating and cooling curves, which is explained by two competing processes - thermal generation of electrons and adsorption of oxygen particles on the surface of the oxide film. Using the slope of the linear section on the Arrhenius plot, we calculated the activation energy of conductivity, which amounted to 1.1 eV. Based on the results of energy dispersive analysis, it was concluded that the material of the obtained films is zinc oxide with the addition of tin oxide.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130901599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we consider one of the most important problems of telecommunication, i.e. the problem of multiple access. In our modeling, we address a scheme consisting of energy detector approach on the receiving side and on-of-keying modulation to decrease the system complexity and, hence, cost of an ultimate device. We compare different extending sequences for direct sequences multiple access method using Bit-Error-Rate (BER) estimation to reveal the best one for transmitting by only one user. The sequences considered are as follows: OOC, Walsh codes, M-sequences and Gold codes. Also, we produce assessment of characteristics of number of users equaled 5 to choose appropriate scheme of multiple access for simultaneous data transmission of many packets at the same time by one device. The obtained results explain the best choice for Aloha access control protocol and systems that utilize code division of channels of one device.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117064790","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Compared with orthogonal multiple access based random access, non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) based random access technology is capable of supporting massive connectivity with higher reliability. In this paper, quasi-cyclic spatially coupled low-density parity-check (QC-SC-LDPC) coded interleave-division multiple access (IDMA) is proposed as a robust uplink physical layer solution for DRC in future terrestrial broadcasting systems. More specifically, QC-SC-LDPC codes, which have been recently proven to be universally capacity-achieving over different channels, are constructed for IDMA to exploit the inherent universality against the variations of spectral efficiencies, while the practical constraints of finite code length and number of decoding iterations are taken into account. Finally, simulations are carried out to verify the performance and robustness of the constructed QC-SC-LDPC coded IDMA scheme.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117279088","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This graphite surface 14C enriched nanolayer is proposed to be removed using our new inert gas plasma decontamination technology. Surface decontamination of the nuclear power plant (NPP) constructions is provided by ion bombardment of the nano- and micro-sized radionuclides layer from the surface under treatment (cathode) and their diffusive transfer to collector plate (anode). There are many evidences that, e.g. 14C is predominantly located on the surface of irradiated reactor graphite instead of the inside of the graphite bulk. It is due to 14C main formation mechanism via effective neutron activation of the gaseous nitrogen, which is used as a coolant of the graphite piles. So, it is important to find N2 molecules concentration and subsurface depth penetration inside of graphite samples. In this way plasma sputtering technology can significantly reduce the irradiated reactor graphite activity at the decommissioning of uranium-graphite reactors. Additionally, this technology can be used to separate various atomic species sputtered from the graphite sample (together with their radioactive isotopes) by their sedimentation temperature and to form nanosized layer enriched with preferred radionuclides of controlled thickness. It provides to obtain new materials like a beta-active \"nano-micro-sandwich\" with adjusted output fast electrons energy spectrum. It can be used in the nuclear medicine field and for a new type of the betavoltaic batteries.","PeriodicalId":305685,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"440 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122803124","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
