This makes the investigation of credibility of word-of-mouth in mobile services has both theoretical and practical implications. In this paper, we use the structural equation model, supported by relevant theories on word-of-mouth in mobile internet, to explore and examine the relationships among factors such as the receivers' dependency on mobile word-of-mouth website, their credibility tendency, the relationship between the word-of-mouth senders and receivers, and the perceived ease-of-use of mobile equipment. We find that all these factors positively affect the credibility of word-of-mouth in mobile services and, the receivers, as a partially intermediate variable, plays an indispensable role in the entire model.","PeriodicalId":305614,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 13th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123355953","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This work presented a human-centric user modeling approach and a recommendation system, which can work well at healthcare system with sparse operation data specially at the system's early stage. With human-centric modeling paradigm, both the user model and the item model are developed, and a matchmaking relationship are constructed between user intention and medical items. A user-to-user similarity matrix is developed to describe a user with other users. An item vector is developed to describe an item with its usage context. An experiment has been conducted on a healthcare prototype. The testing is encouraging and several proposed approaches and performance advantages are basically verified.","PeriodicalId":305614,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 13th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124755419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are a large number of smart things that offer the same functionalities but have different service interfaces. Because of the high coupling between device service instances and process specifications like BPEL, the cost of reusing a BPEL specification between different device environments could be extremely high. We propose a device-adaptive service composition framework for WoT environment, in order to help users to apply the business process and service composition technologies more conveniently. In the framework, we design an activity description model, which is a semantic description for business activities, to overcome the shortcoming of directly binding the process and the service. Then, a matching mechanism between the model and the WADL of device services is proposed to select candidate services for the composition. Furthermore, we represent the matching result in a logical composition model, with which the source code of a general service can be automatically generated. The general service is a unified encapsulation for device services that match the functionalities of business activity. So user can interact with the general service instead of the origin services on the device, which decouples the process specification and the actual device services. A case study is offered to illustrate how to apply our framework in an intelligent charging pile sharing platform.","PeriodicalId":305614,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 13th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124014691","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, persona analysis in mobile healthcare system is particularly difficult due to the complexity, ad hoc and multi-scenario nature of healthcare processes. In this paper, a personas method is proposed for the identification and creation of user groups in mobile healthcare. The approach utilizes sequence alignment, clustering technique to identify user groups. Then based on the behaviors of the user groups, we perfect the personas by constructing a decision tree of multiple user attributes. The approach is demonstrated in a case study of mobile medical appointment. The result shows that the method overcomes some drawbacks of current methods, and it is less subjective, more efficient, and less reliant on specialized expertise.","PeriodicalId":305614,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 13th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126726794","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, different document systems often lead to heterogeneous documents in terms of syntax and semantics, which are difficult to make consistent interpretation and reasonable inference from one context to another. This paper proposes a novel tabular document exchange framework consisting of a tabular document model for semantic consistency maintenance of exchanged documents and a semantic inference scheme for automatic new document creation.","PeriodicalId":305614,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 13th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129107704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Apart from the macro level controversies and complexities, this document will only highlight the perception of Chinese society towards their market offerings. Although literature regarding the political and legal aspects is rich enough on the present date. However, lesser demand perspective is discussed. To prime goal for the current study is to only understand the citizen's level of satisfaction and factors affecting the intentions to adopt these services in a comparative manner. In the current scenario, the quantitative study with the explorative manner is followed. Specifically, the questionnaire survey with the sample size of 135 cases is observed to analyse the factors affecting intentions and satisfaction. Specifically, the regression analysis applied to measure the impact of each independent variable for the current study. The document concludes that the independent factors like brand image of the firm, trust in the mobile application are more critical to identify and classify the intentions and degree of satisfaction. The study of UBER and DiDi highlighted the importance of demand side (citizen's perspective) as they are the actual and critical stakeholders for the business success.","PeriodicalId":305614,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 13th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129015717","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This requires them to use more environmental friendly resources as inputs that will produce fewer harmful outputs to the environment. In this regard, converting diesel trucks to operate on Natural Gas (NG) and diesel has recently received significant attention in the transportation sector of logistics. However, initial results in the literature indicate that the performance of a dual diesel/NG engine is not the same as a conventional diesel powered engine. Apart from engine conversion, this demonstrates the significance of engine performance management as one of the important steps to be carried out for achieving the goal of green logistics in this regard. Existing work in the literature has focussed on studying the engine's performance outputs from different types of fuels but not in the area of engine performance management. In this paper, the need to address this gap is highlighted and an approach based on pattern discovery and association mining techniques is proposed that provides knowledge by which an engine's key performance factors can be managed or fine-tuned so that the performance of a dual diesel/NG engine is similar a diesel one in specific operational conditions. The proposed approach will also provide comprehensive analysis from a business perspective including cost-benefit decision-making that will assist transport companies in the changeover decision-making process.","PeriodicalId":305614,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 13th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134000646","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The design is based on a real-time, peer-to-peer multimedia communication paradigm and adopts WebRTC as basic software architecture of the communication layer. To guarantee confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of the communication processes and to avoid the strict dependence on existing, purely TLS based solutions, it integrates a newly designed, client-centric security concept with a strict end-to-end encryption of all data flows. We elaborate on the multi-layer architecture of this new software platform that can be applied to support a variety of e-business services in a cloud environment including a heterogeneous population of mobile clients.","PeriodicalId":305614,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 13th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130384285","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It integrates many isolated markets in many areas. To achieve this goal, future virtual world is required to be persistent, which means that a virtual world together with its accumulated content shall exist forever regardless of dynamic changes of its virtual world users and virtual world owners. This paper addresses the persistence issue by proposing a decentralized redundancy model which is immune from the possible collapse of virtual world. The core work in this model is the selection of a redundancy level, which is based on cost optimization. The simulation results show that the proposed redundancy management approach is optimal compared with existing approaches.","PeriodicalId":305614,"journal":{"name":"2016 IEEE 13th International Conference on e-Business Engineering (ICEBE)","volume":"39 8","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114021995","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
