Due to the requirements of sealing, anticorrosion or fastening, soft rubber caps coated with sealant need to be bonded. The current production mode is mostly manual operation, there are a lot of problems, such as heavy workload, high hollow rate of sealing cap, low production efficiency, not environmental-friendly and so on. In this paper, a multi-rivet automatic identification and rubber cap installation system of micro-curved structural parts based on robotic linear laser scanning is designed by cooperative-robot to carry a linear laser camera and a soft rubber cap pickup fixture. With the current PWM control chip UC3844 and high-frequency transformer as the core and the power MOS as the control switch, only simple peripheral circuits are required to enable the buck output. On this basis, the design of the input and output rectifier filter circuit, control circuit, driver circuit, and feedback compensation circuit module is completed. Given different computing capabilities, service loads, communication overheads, area crossing of different nodes at different time, the problem of how to allocate various services of the robot among the local, edge servers and cloud servers effectively according to the optimization objectives involves complex cloud edge cooperation strategy in the process of robot target tracking. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a cloud-edge collaborative framework for computing tasks based on load forecasting and resource adaptive allocation, which can efficiently allocate tasks of different types and complexities according to the current relative position of the robot with the servers, the computing resources and current loads of edge servers and cloud server. First, a multiple regularization pruning optimization algorithm based on an attention module and a BatchNorm layer is proposed. Then, a coordination optimization algorithm of INT8 training and quantization for FPGA architecture is proposed. The performance of the pruning optimization algorithm was verified for the Super-Resolution CNN (SRCNN), the Fast Super-Resolution CNN (FSRCNN), and the Very Deep Super-resolution CNN (VDSRCNN). As for SRCNN, the performance of the quantization optimization algorithm was verified on the FPGA EC2 hardware simulation platform. A flexible adaptive genetic algorithm is used to determine the islanded power restoration area. In the selection process, the improved pointer random sampling is used to replace the traditional roulette wheel sampling, and the flexibility in mutation is considered in order to improve individual fitness. Load recovery effect, network loss, and switching action cost are taken as objective functions to island areas optimally under the constraints of voltage, line capacity, network connection, and islanding capacity. In view of this situation, a temperature adaptive control strategy based on fuzzy PI is proposed. Firstly, the influence of temperature on the resistance, inductance and flux in PMSM is analyzed, and the mathematical model of PMSM is established in the two-phase rotating coordinate system; The parameter adjustment rules of fuzzy PI controller are designed in detail; The temperature adaptive control model of PMSM is built in Matlab / Simulink, and the control accuracy and robustness of the temperature adaptive control algorithm based on Fuzzy PI are verified by simulation. In the risk analysis process, the single fractal theory is mainly used to observe the characteristics of electricity price fluctuations, which ignores the seasonal characteristics of electricity price fluctuations, resulting in a sizeable average deviation of risk assessment results. Therefore, a new transaction risk assessment method based on multi-fractal theory is proposed. This paper analyzes the main links of electricity market transactions, defines the new electricity market transaction mode, and determines the source of transaction risks. Relying on the multi-fractal theory, this paper obtains the characteristics of electricity price fluctuation based on various influencing factors. It calculates the transaction risk value of the electricity market caused by electricity price fluctuation by combining the regression interval analysis method. The experimental results show that the average deviation of the risk assessment results calculated by the proposed method is 10.25 yuan (MW h)-1, which meets the risk assessment requirements.
