The use of the Profile Matching method very precise due to this method being able to select some of the best alternatives from aspects of existing criteria. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 69 mahasiswa yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelas, yaitu kelas X MP A berjumlah 36 mahasiswa dan kelas X MP B berjumlah 33 mahasiswa. Dalam pelaksanaannya kelas X MP A menjadi kelas eksperimen sedangkan kelas X MP B menjadi kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data berupa hasil tes belajar yang dilaksanakan sebelum dan setelah proses pembelajaran (pretest dan posttest). Proses kegiatan belajar mengajar kelas eksperimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran CTL sedangkan kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ceramah (konvensional) pada pembelajaran bahasa inggris. \u0000Hasil belajar pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ceramah (konvensional) memperoleh hasil kurang memuaskan. Hasil belajar tersebut dapat ditunjukkan dengan perolehan mean 75,03. Hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran CTL memperoleh hasil lebih baik. Hasil belajar tersebut dapat ditunjukkan dengan mean 81,44, modus 86 dan median 83, serta nilai tertinggi 97, sedangkan nilai terendahnya 60. Perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t \u0000independent sample test menunjukkan bahwa ttabel < thitung (1,664 < 3,167) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Selisih persentase kenaikan dari pretest ke posttest juga lebih \u0000besar kelas ekperimen dengan 50,64% dan kelas kontrol dengan 41,48%. Jadi sumbangan efektif penggunaan model pembelajaran CTL sebesar 9,16%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem zonasi yang diterapkan di 11 sekolah SMA Negeri Kota Medan sangat efektif dan sesuai dengan Permendikbud No.12 tahun 2017. Persamaan hasil angket yang di peroleh dari tiap-tiap sekolah menunjukkan bahwa sistem zonasi yang telah di terapkan di sekolah-sekolah tersebut sangat efektif, sehingga hasil akhir yang di dapat mengatakan bahwa sistem zonasi yang diterapkan saat ini sangat efektif. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the naming of new learners (ppdb) with the zonation system in SMA Negeri Kota Medan in accordance with Ministry of Education and Culture. This research uses descriptive research and explanative research, and verification analysis uses t-test on free samples. The results showed that the zoning system applied in 11 Medan City Senior High Schools was very effective and in accordance with Permendikbud No.12 of 2017. This study was conducted by applying classroom action research. The subject of the research was class X-4 SMA N.1 Sei Rampah which consisted of 30 students. The research was conducted in two cycles, cycle I of three meeting and cycle II consisted of three meetings. The instruments for collecting data were quantitative data namely reading comprehension test and qualitative data namely, diary notes, observation sheet and questionnaire. Based on reading comprehension test scores, students score kept improving in every test of reading. Based on diary notes, observation sheet and questionnaire sheet it was found that the students were active and enthusiastic in learning reading through questioning techniques. This research was implemented at Nommensen HKBP University and experimental study with a pre-test post-test control group design research design. The population is all fourth semester students by taking a sample of two classes through random sampling techniques. The data is obtained through semester scores for KAM, tests of mathematical understanding abilities, tests of mathematical creativity abilities. The data were analysed by two-way ANAVA test. Before using the two-way ANAVA test, homogeneity tests were used in the study and normality in this study was 5% significant. The problem solving process created by students is expected to meet the criteria of understanding and mathematical creativity in the learning group Heuristic Vee Learning Model. To find out the predicate of students' speaking skills, applied the German speaking A2 assessment criteria model for the category of adult learners (Erwachsene) from the Goethe Institut. This research is included in a qualitative descriptive study in analyzing the ability to speak A2 level. The data for this study came from five German speaking dialogues transcript part 1, five German speaking monologue transcripts part 2 and five German speaking monologue transcripts part 3 German language study program students University HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar on daily topics. The method used in this study is a descriptive correlational method, which is a method or research technique that reveals clear facts about the symptoms and relationships that exist in an object of research. Data collection tools used are objective and subjective tests. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Product Moment correlation formula. From the results of correlation analysis between the ability to master effective sentences (X) by analyzing letters with a letter (Y), the coefficient price is 0.531 and after consultation with the r table at a significant level of 95% (0.361) and at a significant level 99% (0.463). Thus rh> rt (0.588> 0.361) and (0.588> 0.463), so the hypothesis states that there is a significant relationship between the ability to master effective sentences with the ability to analyze letters with a proven subject matter and work hypotheses accepted. This can be proven from the average ability of effective sentence mastery, namely 13 people (44%) are in the medium category and 17 people (56%) are in the high category while the ability to analyze the subject matter is high with 14 people (46%) are in the medium category and 16 people (54%) are in the high category. Based on the results of the correlation test it was found that the relationship between the ability to use conjunctions has sufficient correlation (by 0.588). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan R&D (research and development) dengan desain penelitian one-shot case study pada uji coba I dan one group pretest-posttest design pada uji coba II. Teknik analisis data melalui analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, deskriptif kualitatif dan statistik induktif. Dengan populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika semester II T.A 2018/2019 dengan jumlah keseluruhan 19 orang mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah (1) lembar observasi untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar mahasiswa dan kinerja mahasiswa, (2) tes objektif dalam bentuk pilihan berganda dan esai untuk mengetahui peningkatan kecakapan akademik mahasiswa, dan (3) angket untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran praktikum fisika berorientasi heuristik terbimbing. Sebelum instrumen ini digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. \u0000Setelah dilakukan pembelajaran praktikum fisika dasar berorientasi heuristik terbimbing diperoleh lah, nilai rata-rata aktivitas mahasiswa 84,71 ,nilai rata-rata kinerja mahasiswa 83,89 ,nilai rata-rata respon mahasiswa 88,48 dan nilai rata-rata postes 75,57 dengan standar deviasi 9.45. Nilai ketiga observasi disebut variabei X dan nilai postes disebut variabel Y kemudian dilakukan uji t dan uji regresi. Hasil uji prasyarat data postes menyatakan sampel terdistribusi normal dan homogen. Dan dilakukan uji t satu pihak ( Dari uji t satu pihak dan uji regresi disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pengembangan program pembelajaran praktikum fisika dasar berorientasi heuristik terbimbing untuk meningkatkan kecakapan akademik mahasiswa T.A 2018/2019. Pengumpulan data pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan, praktik kewirausahaan dan minat berwirausaha menggunakan angket. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan teknik analisis berganda.. \u0000 Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan praktik kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FKIP Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. koefisien determinasi sebesar 38,8% dimana minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan praktik kewirausahaan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,2% dipengaruhi variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. So the learning model, for the last year students who work according to market demand in the workforce, needs to be introduced. The purpose of this study is to create a cooperative learning model under pressure. The steps of the Cooperative Learning Model Under Pressure are (1) explaining learning objectives, (2) explaining apperception and ways of assessment at the end of learning, (3) forming heterogeneous groups, (4) group discussions with peer tutors by press, (5) ) evaluation with pressure and appreciation, and (6) summarizing.
