The respondents are employees of the electricity distribution companies. They have been asked in respect of a number of important characteristics of human capital and working conditions: the development of healthy and safe working conditions; training and staff development; support the career development; voluntary programs for employees; programmes for objective and fair pay; satisfaction and commitment of employees. The obtained results are discussed in terms of commitment of the employees with the aims of the electricity distribution companies.","PeriodicalId":304248,"journal":{"name":"2019 16th Conference on Electrical Machines, Drives and Power Systems (ELMA)","volume":"235 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115584398","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study of the thermal field of a household built-in electric oven and the determination of thermal losses are important elements of its design, as well as of its efficient operation. For this purpose, a 3D model based on the finite element method was developed. The adequacy of the model was assessed on the basis of experimental studies. The results obtained allow to simulate various operating modes of the electric oven, as well as to theoretically calculate its energy efficiency.","PeriodicalId":304248,"journal":{"name":"2019 16th Conference on Electrical Machines, Drives and Power Systems (ELMA)","volume":"43 12","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120899420","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, to fulfill the modern wind turbine control demands with contradicting requirements (efficiency and reliability), innovative control methods that can handle multi-objective problems are inevitable. In this paper, we propose adaptive control techniques, which trying to extract the stochastic property of wind speed using a trained reinforcement learning (RL) agent and then apply their obtained optimal policy to the wind turbine adaptive control design. This paper includes the results of tests of the developed torque controller and a multi-input-multi-output (MIMO)-based controller using advanced RL algorithms.","PeriodicalId":304248,"journal":{"name":"2019 16th Conference on Electrical Machines, Drives and Power Systems (ELMA)","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121166880","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The use of advanced model predictive control is proposed as a mechanism for the output power management of distributed generation units. The advantage of using the advanced model predictive control is that it takes into account the calculation flow model and the unbalanced energy value of the previous dispatch interval. This model can be implemented in the power supply systems of consumers for distributed generation control by means of energy forecasting for the day ahead at the grid nodes.","PeriodicalId":304248,"journal":{"name":"2019 16th Conference on Electrical Machines, Drives and Power Systems (ELMA)","volume":"115 11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130026994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that for pumps with asymmetric teeth profiles, the pressure variation is more uniform as with symmetric teeth profiles. Regardless of the shape of the teeth, the greatest pressure drop is the pressure on the first teeth spaces in relation to the intake chamber, due to the difference in radial clearance for the different teeth as a result of the eccentric arrangement of the gear relative to the pump case.","PeriodicalId":304248,"journal":{"name":"2019 16th Conference on Electrical Machines, Drives and Power Systems (ELMA)","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114471126","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
