The respondents are employees of the electricity distribution companies. They have been asked in respect of a number of important characteristics of human capital and working conditions: the development of healthy and safe working conditions; training and staff development; support the career development; voluntary programs for employees; programmes for objective and fair pay; satisfaction and commitment of employees.
