The load is assumed to be modeled by its power over time requirements. Approximating the theoretical curve as combinations of constant and linearly increasing power segments equations are obtained for the supercapacitor current as a function of its initial and final voltage. This allows for sizing the supercapacitor for wide variety of application. The process steps have a significant effect on product quality and efficiency of the electric machine. In this paper, the joining processes for stator and rotor lamination stacks i. e., interlocking, laser welding, bonding and bonding varnish are compared in a holistic evaluation process. For this purpose, practical joining tests with varying process parameters on basis of a toroidal core are carried out. In this context, the process behavior and energy demand during manufacturing are evaluated. Mechanical and electromagnetic tests are used to determine the influence of the joining parameters on product quality and electromagnetic losses. The two-axis flux linkages are estimated by the air-gap flux density fundamental components obtained by means of FE simulations combined with the frozen permeability method and the discrete Fourier transform. The magnetizing, leakage and synchronous inductances in different operating points are defined. Alternative answers and solutions are proposed to be applied instead of conventional fossil fuel power plants. Nuclear power plants are one of these leading alternatives. El-Dabaa nuclear power plant will be the 1st nuclear power plant in Egypt. 1st unit (reactor) of this plant will have only one large synchronous generator (machine) has a rated output of more than 1000 MVA (Rated at 1200 MVA). The synchronous machine will be connected to the 500 kV network while it is operating continuously 24/7, i.e. must be full loaded at all the times. This paper presents a novel control design of a strong action power system stabilizer for a nuclear power plant synchronous machine to enhance stability to this machine while it's connected to a large power grid to form a multi-machine power system. Strong action power system stabilizer can achieve system stability that allows significant increase to stability margin at steady-state period. It is effectively damp oscillations and stabilizing sub-transient and transient processes. Also, it helps to prevent sudden reductions of bus-bars voltage. In order to accomplish better damping behavior for rotor speed and terminal voltage of this machine; different signals from the machine are chosen as inputs to the strong action power system stabilizer that attached to this machine. This method confirmed its efficiency in damping frequency oscillations and terminal voltage variations of the machine. These circuit solutions, based on complementary field effect transistors with p-n-junction (CJFet), can be used in CJFet operational amplifiers (Op-Amp), comparators, etc., which are designed for operation at severe conditions. The proposed BA and DS operate in class AB mode, which enables to provide relatively large output currents in dynamic mode (units of milliamperes) at small static currents of transistors (40-100μA). For the purpose of increasing the stability of hydrogenerators, the automatic excitation control (AEC) is considered as an effective option. For calculation and analysis of electrical systems at steady-state and transient conditions, the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment is used widely. Due to its possibilities to use functions \"existing base\", \"blocks and models\", as well as using the description of control elements, it is possible to analyze the operation condition of a synchronous hydrogenerator in the power grid under conditions of various short circuit (SC), taking into consideration the impact of strong actuated automatic excitation control (SA-AEC). The present article provides the results of transient stability analysis in rotor winding of Nurek HPP hydrogenerator.
