However, the success of such systems is entirely dependent on the ability to preserve patient privacy. This paper proposes a decentralized ontology based system architecture that caters to a healthcare organization's privacy needs as well as its enterprise security policy concerns considering futuristic IoT and Electronic Health Records (EHR) trends in healthcare. To identify privacy infringements and organizational policy violations across the institution, our proposed HealthCare Security and Privacy (HCSP) ontology is utilized in conjunction with three agent-level filters: the Exception Creation Agent (ECA), the Policy Mapping Agent (PMA), and the Privacy Assurance Filter (PAF). Preliminary evaluation has shown effectiveness of the HCSP ontology in terms of detection of policy compliance to HIPAA standards.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125382654","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper we first compare the two main synchronization mechanisms in PADS, namely conservative and optimistic protocols. Then we propose a Minimum Time Buckets synchronization algorithm, which can optimistically schedule events without sending anti-messages. Comparing to the well-known Breathing Time Bucket (MTB) synchronization algorithm, our algorithm reduces the waiting time and rollback probability for logical processes, yet it commits the same number of events in each time advance interval. Experiment results show that the MTB algorithm can effectively decrease the rollback rate, reduce the execution time, and achieve a higher speed up.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123824922","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, the necessity to integrate critical applications in a SOA has increased, that is the case of the Financial Applications. These applications require high reliability, information consistency and timeliness that are not satisffied by conventional SOA infrastructures. In this article we present a novel approach of combining SOA with Autonomous Decentralized Systems (ADS) in order to provide an infrastructure that can satisfy those requirements. We have named this infrastructure AutonomousDecentralized Service Oriented Architecture (ADSOA). We present the concept and architecture of ADSOA, aswell as the basic technologies for its realization. Moreover, a real implementation in a mission critical bankingtransaction processing system is shown in order to proveits effectiveness.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125501910","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper considers big long-flight-type UASs remotely piloted from ground station by radio communication link, since these types of UASs require higher reliability. The purpose of this paper is to consider a communication system which transmits real-time video of the surroundings of aircraft from unmanned aircraft to the ground pilot. In this paper, the aeronautical mobile airport communications system (AeroMACS) is considered as a command and non-payload communications (CNPC) link between unmanned aircraft and ground pilot. Flight tests using the experimental aircraft and AeroMACS prototype system are conducted to obtain the air-to-ground propagation profile. In addition, the placements of airborne antennas are considered, because the positional relationship between airborne antenna and ground fixed antenna is not constant during the flight. The results of flight tests show the effectiveness of our system, and the received signal strength indicator (RSSI) obtained by flight tests has the same tendency as the free space propagation model. Finally, the results of flight tests show that a vertical placement on top and bottom of aircraft body is effective for the multiple inputs and multiple outputs (MIMO) antenna configuration of UAS.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121993466","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The availability of SNS allows users to express their interests, feelings and share daily routine. Many researchers prove that using user-generated content (UGC) in a correct way may help determine people's mental health levels. Mining the UGC could help to predict the mental health levels and depression. Depression is a serious medical illness, which interferes most with the ability to work, study, eat, sleep and having fun. However, from the user profile in SNS, we can collect all the information that relates to person's mood, and negativism. In this research, our aim is to investigate how SNS user's posts can help classify users according to mental health levels. We propose a system that uses SNS as a source of data and screening tool to classify the user using artificial intelligence according to the UGC on SNS. We created a model that classify the UGC using two different classifiers: Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Naïve Bayes.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134072594","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The System Wide Information Management (SWIM) is to provide a collaborative air traffic management environment for system-wide interoperability and harmonization operation. However, according to current point-to-point communication, it is a challenge to construct a SWIM-based interoperability environment which allows the heterogeneous systems to cope with the full complexity of operational information exchanges. In this paper, based on a global demonstration, not only the technologies for information exchange but also the governance for information management between heterogeneous systems in the loosely coupled SWIM environment are analyzed and discussed.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126272257","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
