The 1st line to use this system began operation in 1996 and today ATOS operates on 22 lines. In recent years, ATOS has required a renewal of its system architecture to adapt to the latest developments in railway operations such as direct operation between lines and improvements to passenger information services. Implementation of a system wide upgrade required gradual change because of the system's huge size, societal dependency, and volume of passengers. What follows is a methodology for changing the communications networks in a huge system effectively, in limited time and without negative influence to the other parts of the system.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121850790","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For example, in the traditional management system it is hard to guarantee the quality of media works, to protect the copyrights, to find the effective profit model and so on. To solve these problems, we propose in this paper a network media's digital rights management scheme based on blockchain. Blockchain is a technology that makes use of cryptographic algorithm, hash chains and consensus mechanism to implement consensus, irreversibility and traceability for online data. The proposed scheme can use these functionalities of blockchain to implement the effective production management, copyright management, transaction management and users' behavior management for network media. Furthermore, our proposed scheme can predictively provide an important support for the network media platform to build a sustainable development of benign ecological environment.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122238769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has great significance of improving the quality of life in contemporary society, and it is becoming a hot research topic during recent years. As shown in previous researches, we find that a simple combination of a single feature and classifier will not perform well in pedestrian detection. Therefore, we proposed several methods based on ensemble learning to explore effective pedestrian detection ways: (1) We integrate several weak classifiers to get a strong classifier to improve the detection performance, including AdaBoost algorithm and integration of different kernel SVMs. (2) We explore the way of integrating several kinds of features to improve the detection performance. Experimental results demonstrate that different integrating methods will bring various results and they almost can improve the performance comparing to single feature or single classifier. In this paper, several kinds of effective ensemble pedestrian detection algorithms are proposed from the extensive experiments and we test our algorithms on the Bay trial and Win8 platform, finally we obtain a promising result.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115183032","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To meet the demand, a number of data visualization techniques and best practices have been proposed in many disciplines. However, data visualization is not as advanced in healthcare software applications as compared to other scientific fields. The result is a limited support provided to the healthcare practitioners by software applications. Moreover, poor usability of healthcare applications is another major hurdle in adoption of electronic healthcare systems rather than traditional paper based methods. In this paper, we propose an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for Obstetrics, integrating different data visualization techniques. The proposed system has been evaluated using standard usability evaluation methods. The results indicate that using appropriate data visualization techniques in healthcare systems results in enhanced usability. The results also prove that better data visualization helps in improved quality of care and achieves high assurance in healthcare information systems.","PeriodicalId":303882,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 13th International Symposium on Autonomous Decentralized System (ISADS)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115683303","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Control tower operators can become a potentialrisk for aviation safety. These operators check the status ofaircraft by visualization and their communication with the pilotstarts when the aircraft is near the runway. Due to theenvironment in which these operators work these operators canhave problems hearing the pilot. To minimize the risk of misunderstanding between operator and pilot higher accuracy of communication is required. A solution that can record the voice of both controller and pilot and semantically categorize it can be useful for the controller to ensure aviation safety. In this paper we have proposed such a system. The proposed training-less text categorization engine of the system uses knowledgebase approach for retrieving the semantics required. Rollback mechanism is a key factor to improve the performance of optimistic parallel simulation. In this paper we first introduce the common time synchronization protocols and rollback recovery mechanisms in parallel simulation. Then we discuss the multifold state saving policies and compare their merits and drawbacks in the rollback recovery process. Finally we present an event based rollback recovery algorithm, where the parallel simulation engine is able to choose the rollback method according to the characteristics of the logic process and the events. Though an automation system consists of sub-systems, each sub-system is large. Therefore, the development of such a system is complex. In addition, an automation system, in which there are a wide variety of object requests, may not achieve the processing performance of the target depending on the combination and arrangement method of the sub-systems. Thus, it is important to design appropriate configuration. We propose a design support method using modelbased simulation. This method predicts total system performance by extracting the constraints arising from the system configuration and patterning the various input data. We appliedthis method to the design of configurations of embedded system composed of multiple processing sub-systems.
