It is shown that the design parameters of the electromagnetic wave reflectors used and their location relative to the antennas used have a significant influence on the characteristics of the ground radio line of communication. The paper also discusses the mechanisms of calculating delays and choosing the best route. A brief overview of the methods for choosing the best route according to the provided criteria is given. Some skin diseases are different in etiology and similar in appearance, for example, chronic spontaneous urticaria and urticaria vasculitis. In this paper, we propose an exoscope system for videocapillaroscopy assessment of skin microcirculation in an arbitrary areas of the human body. The RFID reader processes response signals and encodes tags ID through the ant-collision signal processing algorithms. The signal detection and passive SAW tag encoding is performing under the impact of strong industrial RF noise. The non-gaussian noise with a heavy-tailed signal power distribution is considered. The considered non-gaussian noise could cause a false alarm rate increasing for detectors designed for Gaussian noise.
