Signal Detection of SAW RFID Tags under the Impact of Strong Industrial Noise
This research covers the Stabilization Technique of False Alarm in the signal detection of the SAW RFID tags. The RFID reader processes response signals and encodes tags ID through the ant-collision signal processing algorithms. The signal detection and passive SAW tag encoding is performing under the impact of strong industrial RF noise. The non-gaussian noise with a heavy-tailed signal power distribution is considered. The considered non-gaussian noise could cause a false alarm rate increasing for detectors designed for Gaussian noise. This study examines expressions are calculating the thresholds of digital detectors, ensuring the correct identification of codes with the required probability of false alarms.
