This standard specifies guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS) support based on Virtual Networks (VN) mechanism. The resources of physical network are used by VNs in time division mode. The independent data transmission by VNs is supported during regular network operation. Every VN may use physical network resources correspondingly its QoS parameters. However, fault may occur in any of Virtual Networks and data transmission by this network is impossible due to this fault. The SpaceFibre standard does not support reset of individual VN. The reset of complete network (all VN) is possible. But the reset procedure required a long time. The data transmission during this time is impossible. This may be not acceptable for Hard Real Time systems. In this article, we propose the Reset of separate Virtual Network mechanism. This mechanism provides possibility of regular data transmission with QoS support by others Virtual Networks when one Virtual Network in Reset state.","PeriodicalId":303530,"journal":{"name":"2020 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115374203","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The laser system is based on a pulsed Nd: YAG laser with self-phase conjugation. The generation of synchronized pulses at wavelengths of 1064 and 355 nm is a distinctive feature of the laser system. Ultraviolet pulses are part of the converted fundamental radiation into the third harmonic. Also, energy impulses are equal. Smart city is characterized by the introduction of high-tech infrastructure, digital services, integrated information monitoring systems that allow to optimize the environment and processes of urban management. The most promising direction of smart cities development is the implementation of ubiquitous computing systems. Ubiquitous computing involves the introduction of a significant number of technologies, including sensors, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, network robots. Since ubiquitous computing is based on the processing of data generated by different devices, the new solutions are needed to structure and ensure data compatibility. Such solutions are the distributed machine learning methods: stochastic gradient descent and K-means method. The work separately considers the use of federated training, which has advantages in data privacy and mobile computing. The article deals with the main provisions of the concept of smart city, technologies of ubiquitous computing, features of methods of distributed machine learning and their introduction into urban systems management.","PeriodicalId":303530,"journal":{"name":"2020 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125843659","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
