Abstract

Underlying surface modeling is necessary for laboratory tests to verify the algorithms that solve the problem of determining the coordinates of a low-flying target. The methods of underlying surface modeling were considered. The JONSWAP spectrum is a spectrum of sea waves that are depending on the strength and direction of the wind. This spectrum was chosen as the most suitable method for our task of the sea surface modeling. A surface simulation based on this method is performed in Matlab software.
