Abstract

This article considers a methodology for surface passivation of a platinum micro-pipeline of a thermocatalytic sensor compensation element, which allows increasing sensitivity of gas-analytical devices when detecting hydrogen. A methodology of manufacturing a sensor's sensing element that provides selectivity of hydrogen against methane is presented.
