If developed specific program for different requirements, the program would be complicated and hard to reuse. The paper defines rules to describe the logic of text processing, and designs an engine to parse and execute the rules, with which we simplify the text processing from programming to writing rules. Also, the paper compares the describable solution with the major text editors, to show the expandability and extra functionality of text processing. When it is implemented by AOP, there is not such requirement. The participants and their relations are defined in an aspect, it isn't necessary for these participants to implement one interface or extending one abstract class. But users need to know aspect language to use this method. This paper provides a novel method to implement this pattern, participant objects and their relations are defined in a properties file, which is often used in Java programming. On the basis of analyzing Observer pattern implemented by AOP, the paper discussed how to use some simple grammars to define participant classes and their relations, how to establish the association between the subject and the observer is discussed in details. After analyzing the properties file, the aspect is generated, compiling and weaving this aspect with the target classes is done. Focus on the problem of quality of service (QoS) evaluation, a QoS evaluation algorithm based on a model of multi-dimension cloud is proposed. It evaluates quantitatively the tasks, which can make the network be scheduled properly by middleware according to the results of the evaluation. Moreover, to conquer the weakness of cloud parameters that are set by expert's experiences, the algorithm also uses benefit driven function to adjust the parameters, which can improve the accuracy of evaluation. Based on the investigation and analysis of the bilingual instructing process in Nanchang University, an evaluation index system is built, which consists of 14 indices. Take the 14 evaluation indices as the input nodes, the evaluated result as the output, construct the evaluation network system, which trained with the sample data. The trained network was applied to evaluate the bilingual instructing process of course “The C Programming” and “Database System”, which proves the validity of the evaluation system. Simulation is done to the designed fuzzy compensator and conventional compensator based on back calculation respectively. Simulation results show that the proposed fuzzy method gives generally better tracking performances than the back-calculation. The existing QoS-based services selection and binding approaches always pay attention to the quality of successful service execution, and lose sight of the possibility that the services execution would be failed. Unfortunately, in many loose-couple environments, the services can't guarantee the executing will success. For this case, this paper proposes an optimized service selection algorithm for complex event processing, named Greedy Service Selection (GSS) algorithm. This algorithm is to choose and execute a service instance which has the greatest “benefit/cost” ratio in all service instances, taking into account the services failed possibility. Firstly, the impulse control problem for interval singular systems discussed in this paper was transform into uncertain singular systems. Secondly, using orthogonal transformation, the uncertain singular systems was transform into the singular standard form to be discussed, then a sufficient condition which there is a output feedback controller such that the closed-loop systems impulse-free was given by means of the properties of spectral radius, more over, the designing steps for eliminating impulse for singular interval systems were given. Base on the results, the existence of a output feedback controller with perturbation such that the closed-loop systems is impulse-free was discussed later.
