Adapun pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 80 orang pelanggan Fstoreme Cabang Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu angket dengan teknik analisis data yaitu regresi berganda. Adapun kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari seluruh variabel yang digunakansecara simultanterhadap volume penjualan dan kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil uji simultan (Uji f) maka diperoleh nilai Sig 0.000<0.05 maka variabel secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel volume penjualan dan kepuasan konsumen. Ha diterima dan berarti variabel secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel volume penjualan dan kepuasan konsumen. Rejeki Alam Technology. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan pemasangan CCTV dan harga yg telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Adapun pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 100 orang pelanggan CV. Rejeki Alam Technology. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu angket dengan teknik analisis data yaitu regresi berganda. Adapun kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari seluruh variabel yang digunakan secara simultan terhadap volume penjualan dan kepuasan konsumen.
