These data have shown the characteristics of high dimension, large scale and complex structure. High dimensional data has seriously hindered the efficiency of data mining algorithm, we call it \"the Dimension disaster \". Therefore, dimension reduction technology has become the primary task of big data mining and machine learning. In this paper, we focus on the method of data reduction, described the category of data dimension reduction. The research status and main algorithms of dimension reduction method are described in detail. This paper briefly introduces the latest research progress of data dimension reduction algorithm, including some popular algorithm such as PCA, KPCA, SVD, etc. The principle of principal component analysis (PCA) is discussed in this article, and the singular value decomposition (SVD) theorem is introduced to solve the problem that the PCA method has a large amount of computation, we also give a comparison of PCA and SVD. Firstly, it puts forward a inspiring visual cognitive computing model (IVCCM) based on visual heuristic principles. Secondly, it presents a asymmetric generalized Gaussian mixture distribution model (AGGMD) for natural images. Thirdly, it extracts quality-aware features from natural images and form Quality-aware Uniform Features Descriptors (QAUFD). Fourthly, it realizes the resolution with IVCCM, AGGDM and QAUFD to NR IQA. In response to this trend, a Cloud-assisted home health monitoring system was designed in this paper. Sensors can be selectively configured to monitor the respective physiological signal depending on the diagnostic demands of a patient's disease. This system uses smart phones to receive physiological signals and cloud platforms (such as Xiamen Health Cloud) to storage physiological monitoring data. Combined with these data, health cloud provides risk assessment of chronic disease. Without addressing such security issues, DTN systems could result in performance degrade, the compromise of message confidentiality and integrity, and denial of service. Thus, effective mechanisms to identify and fix this vulnerability are urgently needed. The objective of this research is to address these issues by identifying DTN system vulnerabilities and potential threats, and providing potential countermeasures. We first illustrate vulnerabilities of the epidemic based contact history propagation protocol and then identify the potential threats to system performance, availability, and integrity as well as countermeasures to prevent such threats existing in DTN networks. Consequently, complexity of the automotive electronic system inside the vehicles are daily increasing. To guarantee the safe operation of vehicles, it is of great significance to acquire vehicle data in real-time to realize the on-line diagnosis, cyber-security attacking detection and et al. In this paper, we propose to realize a STM32-based data acquisition system(DAS), where the vehicle data transferred on CAN networks are acquired through the OBD2(On-Broad Diagnosis) interface. And then, the acquired vehicle data are parsed and analyzed preliminarily according to the OBD2 protocol, and then shown on a LED displayer. Unfortunately, the traditional dynamic programming based FDT method is not efficient enough to satisfy many applications. To improve the efficiency, the redundant operations of traditional FDT method are analyzed. Subsequently, the dijkstra algorithm, one of the shortest path algorithms, is accomplished to achieve our goal. However, the relationships between personal values and perceived values are unclear to explain individuals' adoption of technologies. E-books changing the publishing industry with a high adoption rate in a global market are used as the area of investigation. The study proposed a new framework to examine the relationships between five personal values (hedonism, stimulation, self-direction, power, and achievement) and three perceived values of e-books (functional value, emotional value, and social value), and their effects on individuals' intentions to use e-books. The results show that people who attach more importance to \"power\" have a concern about the success in their lives and pay more attention to social and functional values of e-books. People who attach more importance to \"achievement\" are more concerned with enjoying life, exciting life, and freedom life while people who put a high value on \"self-direction\" are more concerned with exciting life and enjoying life. People who attach more importance to \"hedonism\" pay more attention to emotional value of e-books and ones who put a high value on \"stimulation\" pay more attention to the social value of e-books. In addition, people tend to use e-books when they perceived functional and emotional values of e-books. In this work, the case analysis method was adopted to discuss the instructional design, course content arrangement and examination in American high education with focus on analyzing the methods of investigation teaching. Various methods using in the course exams were also discussed. We think that the exams are diversified and restricted in order to instruct students to highlight preview, reading and conscientious completion of assignments. Project practice should be applied to test students' practical application ability. However, personal clinical data is difficult to collect and manage due to their distributed nature, i.e., located over multiple places such as doctor's office, radiology center, hospitals, or some clinics, and heterogeneous data types such as text, image, chart, or paper based documents. In case of emergency, this situation makes necessary personal clinical data retrieval almost impossible. In addition, since the amount and types of personal clinical data continue to grow, finding relevant clinical data when needed is getting more difficult if no actions are taken. In response to such scenarios, we propose an approach that manages personal health data by utilizing meta-data for organization and easy retrieval of clinical data and cloud storage for easy access and sharing with caregivers to implement the continuity of care and evidence-based treatment.
